Audio quality decent but could be better. Everything else was amazing- beautiful day, excellent guide, great boating. Glass blowing and Lace textiles were both interesting to watch, especially the master glass blower.

Not what was promised

The live commentary was through radios that didn’t work once we were on the gondola. Guide was on a different boat, so we missed the commentary. Also, I emailed to ask if we were going to see Rialto bridge and received a response saying yes, we’d go under it. It was our last day, so I didn’t go before the tour since they confirmed we’d see it from the gondola. We didn’t even go near it at all, so that was disappointing. Still, got the gondola experience.

Journée visite Murano et Burano

Magnifique journée à Burano et Murano avec une super guide souriante et enthousiaste 😊 nous avons particulièrement apprécié rester un peu plus longtemps à Burano qui vaut vraiment le détour avec toutes ses belles maisons colorées. Merci Letizia !

Highly recommended tour to Burano and Murano with Giorgia

Excellent visit with an amazing guide in Giorgia. She detailed explained everything about Venice, Murano and Burano and she suggested places to visit and eat in the cities.

Doges Palace and Prison Guuded tour

We visited the Doges Palace and Prison on a guided tour with our guide Valentina Stella from GetYourGuide. I would recommend the guided tour as our guide was very knowledgeable and informative on a lot of things on the tour that would be just not noticed by a visitor walking through the palace unguided. Also there was no queueing as our guide had areznged for us to avoid the queue at the Doge Palace entrance. This was great as my wife has walking difficulties. The tour has the potential to be very challenging to people with walking difficulties as there are 100 steps to climb but Signora Stella arranged for my wife to avoid the stairs by use of the staff escalator. The palace was extremely beautiful and is not to be missed on anyone’s tour of Venice. The prison has a lot of steps going down into the cells. Amazing experience and not to be missed but Not for families with babies in prams or wheelchair users.

Super entretenido, las islas a las cuales hemos ido están super bien. El tiempo libre para hacer tour es bastante apropiado.

Journée tres sympa avec des explications de la guide Laetitia tres bien. Nous avons rapidement visité Murano avec la visite de la verrerie tres bien puis nous avons passé plus de temps sur Burano qui est une tres jolie île.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable! This was a great tour for all of the “must-see” sites in Venice. The gondola ride at the end of the tour was more dis-organized/disconnected from the rest of the tour (so it lasted longer than expected), but overall, still a wonderful experience that I would recommend.
