The walk side of the tour was amazing. Our guide was great, had a lot of information for us, and walked around showing us the sights. The Gondola ride was not so good. the gondolar didn't talk to us much even though we tried to communicate with him. The Gondola ride was very short which was a bit disappointing.

along our walk to the gondola we got a bit of a show from a gondola on the water. The gondola ride was shorter than I expected but it was nice and enjoyable.

The audio give guide was poorly designed and tough to follow. There was no way to contact them, the number given wasn't working, and they didn't contact us.

The Gondola ride was great! Plus we were not taking a Gondola ride with 100 other people all at the same time & location. Everywhere I went in Venice I saw Gondola rides for 90 Euros. I paid $140 through your app. I don't enjoy being ripped off, but that seem to be what all Italy tour companies do. Buy up all the tickets so if you want to skip the line or book something on a specific time and day, you pay 1 1/2 to 4 times the price.

O passeio foi ótimo, meia hora maravilhosa passeando pelos canais de Veneza, seguindo um roteiro padrão. Porém os 15 minutos que me venderam que teria inicialmente com algum tipo de passeio ou tour introdutório, simplesmente não existiram. Além disso, paguei por um tour em espanhol porque a minha esposa não fala inglês... e o que me ofereceram foi um desconfortável audio guia em espanhol... e o tour foi 100% em inglês.
