Our guide was absolutely fantastic, i am sorry but Ive forgotten her name. She literally didn’t stop talking throughout the whole tour. We learned so much about Venice as well as how people live. Very friendly and approachable. Our tour was at 11:30 on the 28th September 25. She dealt with people in a polite manner. Full of people but we all managed to stay together. Spritz tasting in a local bar was just what was needed half way through. Gondala ride was the cherry on top, would highly recommend this tour for what is included and the price

Tour was fantastic, but it did take longer than the time listed (1.5 hours listed, probably closer to 2 to 2.5 hours). We were not affected, but some groups had booked other tours/gondolas when they had expected to be done.

Cette activité est très complémentaire à Venise. L’île de Burano est incroyable tant par ses maisons aux multiples couleurs que par la quiétude qui y règne. Le temps passé sur le bateau est correct grâce au guide qui nous fournit des détails intéressants sur ces îles.

Tour felt a bit rushed. We met at the exact meeting time but didn't actually start the tour for another 20-25 minutes. We spent another 10-20 minutes waiting in line and our guide spent it answering questions from a single member of our group completed unrelated to the tour - things about Miranda and the water bus. She seemed to actually be fighting a cold so I felt bad for her having to lead tours today. The tour ended before even going through the bridge of sighs or prisons so I'm unsure what it is advertised as including them in the title of the tour. we were free to visit ourselves, however. Overall not the best experience but we did learn some things and it was just "fine".

L'île de Burano et les explications du guide etaient bonnes. Nous avons trouvé que parfois les audio guides n'étaient pas supers et grésillaient un peu. Le temps a Murano était un peu trop court, nous avons préféré visiter que voir le soufflage du verre. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu le temps de faire les 2. Sinon les visites étaient très bien.
