Die Treffpunkt zu finden mit dem entsprechenden Verantwortlichen Personen ist nicht so einfach. Wenn man die gefunden hat passt alles! Unterwegs zurück hat es stark geregnet und es war viel zu wenig Platz für alle!! Die Inselbesuche waren sehr nett, konnte mehr Zeit auf Burano brauchen.

We were supposed to have ride on grand canal, but we did not. The gondola was really uncomfortable and not stable. I wished for it to end early

Both islands are worth visiting. me personally liked Burano more as picturesqe. would l8ke to have spent more time in Burano.

This was an excellent tour, and our guide was wonderful. She hit the perfect balance of explaining historical and significant facts while keeping the group engaged. The pace of the tour was perfect. Highly recommended.

Our guide - Beatrice de Rosa was excellent - so cheerful with full of tour knowledge made the trip fun and informative. Murano was ok but Burano was so beautiful and colourful! Loved the experience.

Valentina was very good and knowledgeable about the history of the city, St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge Palace. Valentina’s historical background was exemplary and the information was very well communicated. The only negative was that she had to accommodate some people on multiple occasions who needed assistance with elevators which took away some extended periods of time from our tour while she was accompanying them to the elevators, this of course was out of her control. The touring company should have certain tours for people needing assistance with elevators or at least inform them that they need to be able to get up and down stairs on their own. Valentina was very accommodating to people requiring assistance and apologetic to the other members of the group.

Nice ride, but ultimately for most people it would give more flexibility to just take a gondola ride on the spot - they're always available at a fixed price

Unique lifetime experience. We are quite happy overall. Group split by language first and then some walk to the canal with brief intro of Venice and buildings around the area, followed by another small walk to the gondola pickup location.
