Better than we expected

unfortunately I was unable to attend due to a medical issue requested for it to be changed to the next day and was told politely NO so lost 60 euros

ゴンドラ自体はとても良く、貴重な体験になりました。 ツアーに参加したこと自体も良い思い出ですが、正直なところ、現地で直接交渉でもよかったかなと感じています。 本来、ゴンドラは1艘90€で、相乗りの場合は人数で割る仕組みだそうです。しかし今回は、GW価格で90€を支払ったにもかかわらず相乗りとなりました。(他のツアー内容も料金に含まれているからですが。) 日本語ガイドは、専用アプリをダウンロードして音声を聞く形式のため、事前に十分な充電と通信容量が必要です。内容はツアー中に3〜4箇所の説明を録音音声で聞くのみで、やや物足りなさを感じました。ただし、翌日も利用できるため、他の観光予定がある方には便利かもしれません。 現地にはガイドの方もいますが、参加人数が多く、直接話を聞く機会はほとんどありませんでした。また、VR体験も用意されていませんでした。 そのため、「ガイド付きツアー」というよりは、アプリで解説を聞きながら街を歩くスタイルに近い印象です。 また、ゴンドリエの方はあまり会話をする雰囲気ではなく、他のゴンドリエとイタリア語で盛り上がってあり、全体的にゆったりとした雰囲気はあまり感じられませんでした。 GWの繁忙期に訪れましたが、現地には多くのゴンドリエがいたため、直接交渉でも問題なさそうだと感じました。中には、落ち着いて会話を楽しんでいる様子のゴンドリエも見受けられました。 安心感を重視してツアーを選びたい方には向いていると思いますが、柔軟に楽しみたい方は現地での利用も検討してよいと思います。

This was a good trip but comms lacking. Told to meet at pick up point where we would be taken by water taxi to the next pick up point, where the mini bus would pick us up. We did this and got a water taxi into Venice only realising when we got to the second pick up point that it was right next to our hotel, so we wasted more than an hour in unnecessary travel. Having been dropped off at the second pick up point we were told to “turn right” where a man would be holding a board. This was a busy pick up point and the man with the board did not appear for approx 20 mins. Vineyard was amazing, guide excellent, beautiful surroundings and a great ethos. Confusion re food on different tables (felt as though were stealing other guests food, as none on our tables) was an issue and explained as different trip packages. If this is the case it needs explaining in advance. A great day but pricey and a long drive.

Super visites, guide très à l’écoute et paysages sublimes ! Un peu rapide à Burano malheureusement mais nous y retournerons ! Pour un premier contact c’est top !

una visita assurda! nelle indicazioni si parlava di audio guida in italiano visto che la guida parlava inglese! invece era solo un'app dove si poteva ascoltare o leggere dal proprio cellulare quattro cose ridicole NEPPURE in sincronia con la visita dei luoghi! una grande fregatura! inoltre la guida si è presentata con 20 minuti di ritardo! rivoglio i miei soldi!
