Supposed to be a small group and needed up being about 30+ people which is not a small group. Thought I was getting an English only guide and tour was in both English and Spanish. I didn’t pay for a small group tour to listen to Spanish. Also, they had us crammed in on a boat ride like sardines. 10 min max glass demonstration and rest of time was spent getting hassled to buy their product. 10 min lace presentation at best as well. Overall disappointed in the activity.

The class with Massimiliano is truly once in a lifetime experience. Not only was this incredibly informative and interesting to gain some knowledge about the history of Murano glass making but it was fascinating to watch and participate in the process. Massimiliano is a fantastic and patient teacher for someone like myself with no glass experience. I cannot recommend this intimate class enough. We will treasure the pendants we made forever!

Très bien, mais le temps imparti pour visiter en solo est un peu cours.. les visites accompagnées par notre guide sont super.. elle donne beaucoup d’infos intéressantes

Całościowa ocena jest doskonała. Okulary VR na początek były rewelacyjne, miło przenieść się do dawnej Wenecji. Gondola też super, bez tłoku, spokojnie można zrobić zdjęcia i poczuć klimat. Polecam

too many people and the guide talked so fast, it's unfortunate that they try to jam on so many people and you can't enjoy what they are saying or the wall to the gondola because they are moving fast. so many people and the meeting point needs to be designed for all people to read and understand.
