We had a wonderful experience on our guided tour of Murano and Burano. Ilaria was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting details about the islands, their history, and local traditions. She guided us seamlessly through all the key spots while still giving us plenty of time to explore on our own, which we really appreciated. It felt well-paced and thoughtfully planned. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Ilaria!

Die Stadtführung war insgesamt wirklich sehr gelungen. Unsere Stadtführerin hat ihren Job mit viel Begeisterung gemacht, was man deutlich gemerkt hat. Während des Spaziergangs hat sie alles anschaulich erklärt, und man hat ihr sehr gerne zugehört. Etwas störend war allerdings das neue Mikrofon, das sie um den Hals getragen hat. Es hat immer wieder an ihrer Kleidung gerieben, was wir deutlich über die Kopfhörer gehört haben. Dadurch war sie zeitweise schwer zu verstehen. Nach einigen Versuchen hat sie das Mikrofon schließlich in die Hand genommen, wodurch die Verständlichkeit besser wurde. Vielleicht wäre für die Guides ein Headset, in das sie direkt sprechen können, eine sinnvollere Lösung.

A visita vale muito a pena, principalmente Burano. As 3 guias super simpáticas, proativas e educadas. Sabem muito sobre a história das ilhas e de Veneza como um todo e fazem questão de realmente nos guiar! Foi uma pena que o clima estava ruim, mas mesmo assim deu pra aproveitar. Se o dia estivesse mais bonito seria um espetáculo. Recomendo com certeza!

Massimiliano was amazing! A true artist who loves to share his passion for his art. We had a wonderful time and left with our creations - and a few of his pieces we couldn’t resist. A very authentic experience. I highly recommend.

Our gondalier was rude, made our friend very uneasy when he talked about her weight in his language (which our friend could understand), and he never spoke to us. He did spend considerable time yelling across the canal at other gondaliers, totally ignoring us.

Nos ha encantado el tour realizado por Valentina con su perfecto español. Ha sido todo un lujo poder realizar esta actividad con una veneciana, puesto que lamentablemente cada vez el número de autóctonos va menguando debido a la vorágine del turismo de masas. Se nota que Valentina es una enamorada de esta bellísima ciudad y no es para menos. Y por supuesto se aprecia los conocimientos que tiene como guía local dando respuesta a cualquier tipo de pregunta con calidad de información y cantidad de detalles. Por último, también nos recomendó sitios para comer y tomar algo que son frecuentados por locales. Me gustó el detalle de que nos dejaran auriculares, así no te pierdes nada de sus explicaciones aunque haya mucho ruido ambiental. Ya veréis que se os hará muy corto pero vale totalmente la pena hacer este tour!

Gondola portion of activity was fine. But Grand Canal portion could be longer. The VR section is 5 mins and was good addition to the package. Our guide that lead us from the office to the VR room and gondola entry area was disorganized. One group was completely missing. Also we had a museum option that was something you did on your own and is not part of the VR & Gondola activity.
