Está anunciado como visita a Basílica, Palacio Ducal y Torre, pero solo pudimos ver el Palacio Ducal, porque no se podía ingresar a los otros dos lugares. Entonces el anuncio es un poco engañoso, porque si no se lee bien, se presta para errores.

The VR experience was a great introduction to the activity. Gandola ride felt like too short of time. Half hour is less! The headset that was provided was not that great as we couldn't hear much of what guide was saying, too much of a noise distortion. Guide focussed only on few people at the front of the line.

Die Tour isr sehr schön. Nur, aus irgend einen Grund, funktionierte die Tourapp nicht. Die Übersetzung. Ansonsten war es seht schön am Wasser. Der Gondonliere war sehr nett und witzig.

Could not find the guide and it didn’t state that it was an outside tour. Misleading

No lo recomiendo. Todo el grupo quedó disconforme ya que el recorrido no seguía un hilo conductor claro y la información brindada resultó poco interesante y desorganizada.

Faltou organização na condução dos turistas e nossos fones de ouvido não funcionaram. Mas o que mais me deixou estarrecida foi a falta de ajuda de alguém para apoiar quem subia e descia a rampa extremamente inclinada que dava acesso ao barco. Eram muitos idosos e mães com crianças.
