Our guide was excellent and gave us so much information but when we got into the gondola, the gondolier just smoke a cigarette and talk to other gondolier’s going by never gave us any information we had to ask him questions, the first time I went on the gondola. The guy told us where Marco Polo lived, and Casanova .this guy nothing

We had the perfect day in Murano and Burano. The glass making demonstration was awesome. The lace making demonstration was very short but still very cool to see. Michael our boat driver and guide was phenomenal and made the day so fun.

We were unable to access the Bell Tower and when we returned to the Travel Agent they advised that the Bell Tower tickets were no longer available through travel agents and told us to claim a refund through Get Your Guide. Disappointed by this response which soured an otherwise excellent tour When we went back to the Bell Tower, they told us to book directly in on line which after a lot of hassle with their website, managed to buy one ticket for immediate access. z
