The tour guide was very nice, the VR history tour was awesome too. However, the gondola ride itself was disappointing. I mean we knew we’d be sharing with other people but 2 of us were paired with 3 strangers and the gondola space was tiny. 2 people got the nice main seats and the rest of us sat sideways on tiny wooden seats. Also the gondola ride was meant to be 30 minutes but lasted only 20. This experience is good when you’re on a budget and you want to experience gondola, but next time I’d just pay £15 more per person and have a private 30 minutes gondola to ourselves.

MUY MAL. Lo primero es que la ubicación que nos mandaron no era la correcta, y aunque estábamos con 20' de antelación, no pudimos realizarla por partir de otro punto diferente, y cuando llegamos (después de muchas indagaciones), era tardes (10'), y la única alternativa que nos brindaron, fue realizarla al día siguiente, a las 11,30 h. en las mismas condiciones, porque el operador no era, según nos dijo responsable. Al día siguiente, nos presentamos a las 11,10 h, para realizarla a las 11,30 h, tal y como nos dijeron el día anterior. Volvimos a encontrarnos con la sorpresa de que, no se hacia un tour a pie de 10' en español como teníamos contratado, y solamente nos dieron una ligera explicación en inglés, que no entendimos. Luego es paseo en góndola de 30', y listo. Nos sentimos ENGAÑADOS Y ESTAFADOS, porque eso no fue lo que habíamos contratado, y tampoco recibimos ninguna compensación por el agravio sufrido. Por todo ello, NO RECOMIENDO QUE NADIE LO HAGA.
