Le guide est sympathique et professionel. En revanche, on ne reste même pas 40 mn à Murano ...ridicule. Burano est plus intéressante à voir on a un peu plus le temps . Visite très rapide tout de même. Peut être privilégier d y aller seul et de prendre le temps de visiter

Great day trip—Murano glass demo was fascinating and worth seeing live. Burano’s colorful houses were even better in person, perfect for photos. The guide was knowledgeable, kept things moving without feeling rushed. Smooth logistics overall—easy, enjoyable, and good value for the time.

El paseo en góndola duró 17 minutos, no 30 como figura en la descripción. El walk tour de 15 minutos no existió. Recomiendo alquilar una góndola para 2 personas, cuesta menos y es privada, acá se comparte con otras personas pagando más.

I wanted to book the entrance to Dogenpalace in the first place. The booking description listet it as included. However, only the guided 30-Minute tour to Basilica was in. The description and name was extremely misleading, especially if you are generally unaware about different ticket prices in Venice. The tour was okay, but I feel like the misleading description ruined it for me a bit. Actually the second time I book a ticket via GetYourGuide, where the reality differs from what is listet in the tour.

Despite it pouring rain, we were not offered any chance to reschedule or receive a refund when we asked. The tour company claimed that as long as it was “safe” they would still host the gondola ride. My partner and I deemed it not safe as the rain poured hard and there was lightning in the sky. Looking at other gondola services, they all closed down and did not offer rides when it was actively raining hard. I do not understand why this company has different rules and would not even offer to reschedule. I would still like a refund as these excursions are NOT cheap. I would not recommend this company to others

Das war ein sehr schöner Workshop. Ist nur zu empfehlen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, haben bei Fragen immer geholfen und uns am Ende sogar noch etwas zur Geschichte der Maske erzählt. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen hier diesen Kurs zu besuchen.
