The tour was extremely disappointing. The guide lost us within the first five minutes of the tour and made no effort to locate us afterward. We returned the headsets and requested a refund, but it was not provided. The tour company falsely claimed that the activity had taken place as expected. This experience completely ruined our day, and the customer service was poor, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

We found the pre-ride info (VR) most enjoyable and our tour guide was just lovely!!! The actual gondola driver, unfortunately, was smoking the entire time which was unpleasant. We were behind another gondola who had, evidently, hired someone to sing, which was Lovely to listen to. However, afterward our driver decided to serenade us with his awful attempt at whistling. It was a little difficult to enjoy the scenery with the “noise.”

les présentations étaient très intéressantes, autant celle de la guide que celles des artisans (verre et dentelle). Les îles valent la peine d'être découverte. L'horaire est toutefois trop restreint en 5 heures. J'aurais personnellement voulu rester plus de temps a Burano, car nous avons seulement eu le temps de voir les présentations et de manger. Une excursion de 7h est donc preferable pour en profiter davantage, mais de façon générale c'était super.

Could hardly hear or understand the guide. This was supposed to be a guided tour but it was pretty much a self-guided tour. Not enough time to explore each island.
