Great transportation and guide. The glass demonstration was unfortunately a flop for me - too crowded and folks didn’t stop talking so I couldn’t see or hear anything. The lace intro was better and both islands were a lot of fun.

The places we visited were beautiful, but unfortunately the tour guide was not the best compared to other tours we’ve had. The headset audio was very unclear and difficult to hear, so we couldn’t understand most of the explanations. We informed the tour guide twice, but the response was simply that nothing could be done about it. Although she tried reconnecting it, the issue continued. There was also very little guidance throughout the tour, and it often felt like there was no concern about whether the whole group was together. Overall, the experience wasn’t the best.

Nos ha gustado mucho este recorrido. Nicole muy atenta y amable (pocos guías hoy día son así). Clara en su explicación. Burano nos ha encantado. Disfruten de recorrerlo en lugar de perder tiempo en comer. Es una belleza.

al inicio no muy bien , porque parece ser que teníamos transporte hasta el muelle (y no lo ponía en ningún sitio) y nos tocó patear 40 min ... el resto todo genial , la guía muy bien , muy simpática.
