Contraté un tour con una guía en español y al llegar a la agencia nos dijeron que era con audio guía, en la agencia nos dijeron que solo era en inglés ya que la guía no hablaba español, el audio guía no funcionó así que no escuchamos ninguna referencia que había en el tour, así que la experiencia no fue muy agradable. Del paseo en góndola es bonito pero sin guía o audio guía no hay mucho que conocer

The demonstrations were brief and not very detailed. The islands were both beautiful. The boat ride was uncomfortable due to being jammed in like a sardine.

La verdad es una experiencia bastante amena disfruta muchísimas cosas y aprendes muchísimo en las islas de Murano y Burano tuve un pequeño inconveniente me retrase un poco y perdí mi barco de retorno pero puede solucionarlo y creo que cualquiera lo puede solucionar. Si le pasa utilizando un barco público retorna nuevamente a la isla de Venecia desde burano

The activity was great but found the meeting point very difficult to find even with google maps! I think the description of directions to the office could be a lot clearer and even some signage perhaps along the way would help.

Der Palazzo war sehenswert. Sehr gut erhalten und der kostenlose Audioguide hat gut funktioniert. Das Café im Palazzo war toll man kann am Kanal sitzen. Was gar nicht funktioniert, ist die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter vorOrt. Der Treffpunkt war nicht der Ort der Besichtigung. Wir mussten noch mindestens 15 Minuten zum Palazzo laufen u. die Wegbeschreibung von Venedig Tour war sehr schlecht, obwohl bekannt ist das Google Maps in Venedig nicht gut funktioniert. wir mussten noch mal zurück und erst nach unserer Beschwerde haben wir eine bessere Wegbeschreibung erhalten und der Hinweis dass man auch mit dem Linienboot fahren kann, was jedoch zusätzlich Kosten verursacht.Wir hatten auch deutschsprachige Führung gebucht, dies war beim Anbieter Venedig Tour wiederholt nicht möglich . Aus der Beschreibung bei Get yor Guido ging auch nicht hervor, das sich dies sich nur auf den Audioguide im Palazzo bezieht. Ich würde es nicht mehr über Get yor Guido buchen und auf keinen Fall empfehlen

Going to the islands was a nice trip but unfortunately our guide was doing an English and French tour making it very difficult for both him and the customers. The ear pieces were also very difficult to use. Overall this tour was a disappointment.

Atena was a wonderful guide. The boat ride was good! This was an economical way to see both islands and eliminated the stress of having to figure it all out. We went directly to a glass factory and toured the show room. Then we had a demonstration of glass making. It was beautiful! We got back on the boat and went to Burano. Atena spoke to us on the way, giving us the history of Venice and the other islands as we went. Burano was cute! We had enough time for a lace making demonstration and make a stop for lunch. It was just enough time for me.

très belle activité malgré le fait qu'il n'est pas clairement expliqué qu'il n'y a qu'une demie heure de Gondole.

Beautiful islands! Glass blowing was very impressive and so many choices of Murano glass available to buy. Had time to get a lovely lunch in Burano. Ivana was a wonderful guide, she made it all very interesting
