This was one of the best experiences we’ve had on our trip in Venice! We had Anastasiya as our instructor; She was wonderful, sharing the meanings behind the mask shapes and offering her artistic expertise and advice in such a friendly way throughout the experience. She even messaged us afterwards to make sure we had picked up our masks. Located within the prison museum which provided an unexpected opportunity to explore that as well.

Bateau fermé aurais apprécié ouvert. Traduction inaudible avec le système d’écouteurs, guide très gentil mais beaucoup d’histoire entre l’audition difficile et les longues histoire d’histoire antique c’était difficile d’écouter

It was very disappointing! We knew there was an audio that went with the tour but we expected the gondolier to talk to us. Neither said anything to us except for where to sit. We had two boats: One “driver” was on his phone all of the time. The second “driver” appeared to not be happy doing his tour and he rushed through the canals, even arguing with another boat “driver” so that we could quickly go past them. All eight of our group were very disappointed with the tour, especially when we saw other gondoliers giving tours talking to their passengers. NOT worth our money or time! I cannot recommend this tour to anyone!DISAPPOINTED!
