It was a nice trip, however we could not hear at all the guide. The head set was of a poor quality, the sound was breaking and mostly we could not hear anything. So we gave up from listening as it was too disturbing. It was useless to pay for the guide.

Le debut est très sympa avec une immersion en réalité virtuel. Ensuite tour à pied dans la Ville qui n a pas grand intérêt. La balade en gondole dure environ 25mn. Les gondoliers ne vous adressent pas la parole. Ils parlent forts entre eux d’une gondole à lautre ce qui gâche la balade « tranquille »! C’est dommage. C’est à la chaîne!

zamówiłam wycieczkę wcześniej i to był mój błąd, ponieważ na miejscu jest podobna cena i płynę sama i kiedy chcę! wycieczka była w wiecej osób i koniecznie płynie się w 5 osób a nie jest taniej niż na miejscu samemu.

Très belle expérience de Gondoles à Venise, c'était un très beau moment en couple. Top en fin de journée pour avoir de belles couleurs. 30min ça passe très vite.

ATTENTION !!! Grosse arnaque !!! A fuire absolument !!!! Seulement 15 minutes de gondole contre 30 !!!! Selon le guide la durée de gondole est de 20 minutes alors que la durée prévue est de 30 minutes quand ont réserve! Pas de présentation virtuelle pour tout le monde, c’est très inégale. Les guides ne sont pas agréables et totalement désorganisés !! Grosse arnaque !!! A fuire absolument !!!

Unfortunately this was one of the weakest experiences of our trip. From the start, the reception staff came across as dismissive and rude — they didn’t seem interested in helping and didn’t even check properly whether the phone connection was working when there was an issue. I was also disappointed by the way my parents were spoken to. The experience itself felt impersonal. The gondola drivers barely interacted with us — no greeting, no welcome, and at one point simply pointed towards the cash basket without saying anything. For what is meant to be a special and memorable experience in Venice, the customer service felt cold and uninterested. Based on this experience, I would personally skip the middleman and arrange a gondola ride directly with the gondoliers instead. We paid expecting a smoother and more pleasant experience and left disappointed.
