Great tour! Rachel was the best, very informative about the city and history along with providing us tips for saving money around the city. The van was clean, the driver was excellent and the entire tour was well organized. We would have never been able to see the sights we did in one day, so this worked out perfect. So happy we chose this tour and had Rachel as our guide!

My sister and I booked your NYC city tour for December 20, 2025. Our tour guide was Gil, and I have never experienced such a rude tour guide in my 41 years of life. There were a few times we contemplated leaving the tour and just asking for our money back. I understand there are cultural differences all over the world, and personality differences amongst humans, however, when you are working in a customer oriented business, it is imperative to strive to keep the customer happy. Gil does not embody any essence of customer service, “above and beyond,” or even basic “the customer is always right.” Firstly, my sister has Lupus. She told him at the start of the tour and at the first stop when he was incessantly reminding us to “keep up.” There was an elderly couple; the woman with a walking cane and he didn’t dare speak to her that way. I was not aware from the description of the tour that we were on a marathon race. The best tour guide is only as good as their slowest attendee. Second, he yelled at us all day. I’m not being sensitive to him raising his voice. I’m saying he YELLED at us. He asked everyone where they were from and being from Georgia, I suppose that’s how he remembers everyone. He literally yelled Georgia at me/us all day. I was in a line to order a coffee and he came storming in yelling “hurry up Georgia; we’re all waiting on you.” The barista thought my name was Georgia. Third, when we boarded the bus, I asked if there was somewhere I could get coffee. Gil said the first stop, no, but that at Rockefeller Center I could. The first stop was Central Park and there was a Christmas popup market–I could have gotten coffee at multiple places while Gil was blabbing on. When we arrived at Rockefeller Center, he pointed out to me the coffee shop and the restroom. I explained I would go to the restroom first, then get the coffee. It is important to note that there were multiple tours arriving at the same time so the bathroom took a little longer than expected. God forbid you have to poop! So when I came out of the bathroom, I went into the coffee shop; as Gil instructed. That is when he came storming in yelling at me. I ordered and waited; he came in 2 more times to yell at me. How embarrassing and demeaning! At this point, my sister says “leave us if you need to” and I guess he took this very personally because he said he would call dispatch. My coffee was ready, we let him know we’re ready and started to follow him out. He proceeds to rush us again in his rude manner. I said “I’m going as fast as I can go.” He stopped abruptly and snapped around and said “EXCUSE ME?” I repeated myself–I said what I said. The entire tour was spent in the back and forth. Yelling, snarky comments about me being the last one ready, to arrive, waiting on us again, etc. etc. etc. He repeatedly told the group that I was going to make us late for the fairy–we arrived about 30 minutes early. Finally, I mentioned throughout the day that I needed to get cash. At the end of the tour, after yelling at me and berating me damn near all day, Gil said “you can go in McDonald’s there and get cash. We will be here a few minutes waiting.” I said “oh, ok.” And walked right on down the street. I am not giving you any extra of my hard earned money, Gil. In fact, I would like my money back for this experience. I am well traveled, have been on many tours around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never, NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by someone who is working for their tips! It’s not a north/south thing either, as we had another tour that night and it was honestly so fun; it restored my faith in NYC tour guides.

Rachel’s and Jimmy’s tour was phenomenal! We enjoyed every minute of it. Rachel is truly amazing! She guides you so well in the city, recommends places and really helps you see the city as a local! Would highly recommend, it was helpful and very informative at the same time!

Me and my husband enjoyed this tour so much. We were looking for a way to see a lot of sites In our short visit. Our tour guide Kevin and driver Jimmy were the absolute best! Kevin was very knowledgeable and funny making the tour the highlight of our trip. 10/10 highly recommended.

Rachel for the win! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour despite driving sleet, snow and rain! Rachel made accommodations for us and really gave us a memorable experience in spite of the weather. She is wonderful, insightful, well educated and extremely personable. Our teens loved this tour.

Rachel was fantastic! The tour was super informative not just about its history and landmarks, but she also threw in invaluable tips/tricks for first-timers. I encourage tourists to take this tour (with her) Day 1 to make sure you’re getting the most out of your tour. Parents please note this tour is fast paced. I have a 5 and 11 year old. It would have been a rough go for the 5 year old for sure. Also note, Rachel does not play! Safety and making sure you see EVERYTHING are the priority for her. Stay with the group—no wandering off! Lol. It began snowing/sleeting during our tour and she pivoted flawlessly. Also, I have to shout out Juan for getting us everywhere safely.

John was an amazing tour guide. I had taken a tour in 2018 that was similar to this one yet I learned so much about NYC from him! He was very engaging and made our day one not to forget. This was easy to book, bus was comfortable, and easy to locate our meeting place. I highly recommend this tour.

Kevin and Ivan did a great job. We did a lot of hop on a hop off tours last n different cities and in NYC but this one was quite different in a positive way. Great storytelling of Kevin ver helpful and interesting information, funny anecdotes and top small bus. Well done !

Rachel and Manuel gave an excellent tour, it was extremely informative and a lot of fun, we got to see so much and got super pictures of the Statue of Liberty and of the Oculus! I definitely recommend taking this tour with Rachel!

We had an outstanding experience with our guide Rachel and our driver Jimmy. Rachel was incredibly informative and handled our large group with ease. Before every stop, she clearly explained what to expect, which made everything smooth and stress-free. She is extremely organized, kept the tour right on schedule to the minute, and truly knows her stuff…she didn’t miss a beat. Jimmy was an excellent, safe driver and a great partner to the tour. I highly recommend this team. Rachel was phenomenal!!!
