Rachel was fantastic! The tour was super informative not just about its history and landmarks, but she also threw in invaluable tips/tricks for first-timers. I encourage tourists to take this tour (with her) Day 1 to make sure you’re getting the most out of your tour. Parents please note this tour is fast paced. I have a 5 and 11 year old. It would have been a rough go for the 5 year old for sure. Also note, Rachel does not play! Safety and making sure you see EVERYTHING are the priority for her. Stay with the group—no wandering off! Lol. It began snowing/sleeting during our tour and she pivoted flawlessly. Also, I have to shout out Juan for getting us everywhere safely.

John was an amazing tour guide. I had taken a tour in 2018 that was similar to this one yet I learned so much about NYC from him! He was very engaging and made our day one not to forget. This was easy to book, bus was comfortable, and easy to locate our meeting place. I highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely loved our experience with Lyonel and our driver Juan. We got to see all of NYC and learned so much history. They made the experience phenomenal for my family and me. Highly highly highly recommend to everyone!

Kevin and Ivan did a great job. We did a lot of hop on a hop off tours last n different cities and in NYC but this one was quite different in a positive way. Great storytelling of Kevin ver helpful and interesting information, funny anecdotes and top small bus. Well done !

Rachel and Manuel gave an excellent tour, it was extremely informative and a lot of fun, we got to see so much and got super pictures of the Statue of Liberty and of the Oculus! I definitely recommend taking this tour with Rachel!

Great experience overall. Tour guide is amazing, and the Mercedes sprinter with glass top is in my opinion the better option. Smaller groups too.

We had an outstanding experience with our guide Rachel and our driver Jimmy. Rachel was incredibly informative and handled our large group with ease. Before every stop, she clearly explained what to expect, which made everything smooth and stress-free. She is extremely organized, kept the tour right on schedule to the minute, and truly knows her stuff…she didn’t miss a beat. Jimmy was an excellent, safe driver and a great partner to the tour. I highly recommend this team. Rachel was phenomenal!!!

Today was a horrendous experience. Gil was our guide and he was the rudest most unaccommodating guide I have ever experienced. I have Lupus and there was an older couple one with a cane and he was so rude about us not keeping up and walking slow. He bragged about him being a runner and I didn’t sign up for a marathon tour. In addition he yelled at my sister for taking to long on the bathroom and getting coffee which he instructed her to do so. He rushed through everything under the rouse of not making the ferry and we got there 20 min early. Several times I was waiting with him and he made inappropriate comments about my sister taking so long. At one point he said He would call the dispatcher and cancel our tour because I couldn’t walk fast enough. Mind you neither could the other couple. On our way to 9/11 memorial he talked about the waterfalls and the experience in which I told him there was no water and he yelled at me on the tour over the microphone as he wanted to get though it then passively aggressively stated one was under construction the other worked fine. I again told him I was there this morning and he said I live here and there everyday making me feel so dumb and guess what?! NO WATER WAS FOUND! If any of us asked a question he was nasty!! I was humiliate and my sister was humiliated, the tour itself was well put together but Gil was awful!!!! In addition to the humiliation he made multiple political statements about our current administration that were so very uncalled for and unsolicited. We paid for tour of the city not a political assassination and opinion, nor humiliation and scolding like a child. Do not recommend if you are not a speed walker ready to be made fun of and humiliated.

I recently took the Discover NY tour, and it was fantastic! The value for money was outstanding. Our guide was incredibly informative, sharing fun facts about each stop—Rockefeller Center, the 9/11 Memorial, and more. The Staten Island Ferry ride offered breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty! I appreciated how courteous our guide was, making sure everyone felt included. The combination of bus travel and scenic views made for a perfect day in the city. If you’re looking to explore NYC, this tour is a must! Highly recommend!
