Had a wonderful ride on our tour! JP was our tour guide and was fabulous! He is very social, made us feel comfortable and was able to manage people with different athletic ability! Overall it was a fabulous tour!!! The gentlemen at the store location were also very personable! They were easy to work with and made it easy to get set up on the bikes.

Dont rent here your bike!! Telephone reservation said 10% discount didnt get any, the reservation after the call wasnt in their system either. Gave us 2 bikes that had tires that were low on air in the back, breaks insufficient working (dangerous for San Francisco with its ups and downs). Lady at the desk was impolite, slow and not friendly at all. Why on earth should u go here??

Do not Go! Can't recommend going there. Rented two of their E-Bikes today for 4 hours. Bikes were in pretty bad condition for the high price. Also Batteries seem to be dead. One of the bikes shut-off after 1 hour of riding. Why do they rent Bikes for 4 hours or even full day when the batteries are broken? Also the staff didn't care about it when we returned the bikes.

Terrible experience. I rented the high end Cannondale carbon fiber road bike to give the new tech a try (I have an old road bike that I ride daily). When booking the website gave the option to bring my own pedals and have them installed for an additional fee of $10, which I signed up for. When I got to the store, the people running it on the day told me that they did not have the tools to install my bike pedals (they are standard Garmin pedals). I was not happy but it was not the end of the world, so I asked them to adjust the seat, to which they replied they did not know how to on that particular bike and had never done it before. The seat was too high but I could still just reach the pedals when at the bottom, so I opted to take it anyway. There was not further check of tire pressure or functioning of the gears, they just pulled it off the rack and handed it to me. Well the final piece of the abysmal experience was that once riding the chain rubbed on the front derailer and the rear derailer was out of alignment such that in the lowest gear the chain kept wanting to jump one more ring. Clearly this thing had not been maintained. I managed to complete my planned ride with friends, but the bike was not a pleasure to ride (as it should have been). My disappointment is that if the company is going to offer high end bikes to rent (and they are not cheap to rent), they should be maintained and its staff should at least know how to perform some basic adjustments (e.g. seat height adjustment). For high end rentals go somewhere else.

Very bad experience yesterday with this company, wouldn’t recommend! I’ve never left a complaint or even a comment before but felt I had to in this case. First of all I bought a groupon for this shop for 2 bikes for 4hours, the company were not able to process the groupon and so I wasn’t able to use it. This was frustrating but I was very keen to cycle across the Golden Gate Bridge so I rented the bikes anyway and purchased the insurance with it. Unfortunately, The bike I rented had a slow puncture and by the time I was in the middle of the bridge the back tyre was flat. I called the number on the insurance docket who was very unhelpful, they couldn’t send someone to help/ someone to fix the issue. They advised to get an Uber (they would only cover to a max of 20dollars) which we tried to arrange ourselves from the middle of the bridge, which was pointless. The cars don’t stop on the bridge and no one would or could take a big bike in their car. We had to walk the bike back to the shop which took over 1 hour and 30mins. Leaving aside the groupon issue, we requested our money back from the shop for the cost of the rentals, we felt this ruined our experience and the insurance money we paid was useless and a scam. The team in the shop were apologetic and assured us we would get our money back and we were given an email to contact from the sales team. I contacted this sales team requesting my money back and they refused to reimburse the cost. I found the whole experience awful and would strongly recommend an alternative company for your trip.

When we met at the shop each representative greeted us with a smile, then went above and beyond to make sure each person was fitted and comfortable with a bike and helmet. They were very energetic and appeared to enjoy their job. Our guide was very cordial and engaging. He was informative and moved with the groups pace. Our ride to Sosalito across Golden Gate Bridge was a once in a lifetime experience and made possible by our lead who provided several stops with plenty of time to take photos. Nice bikes,but the one we got,my saddle went down everytime and we had the e-bikes for 4 hours,but we should get back in 1.5 hour because the battery is empty then..so you must look where you go in 1.5 hour...to bad...next time we choose another company.

Came this morning right at 9am to see it was closed. Called and another service agent told me it wasn’t open for now. Person cut me off on the phone constantly.
