Loved our tour with Jessie! He was so warm and personable, watching out for all the members of the group and making sure no-one was left behind. He was a fount of historical knowledge and was ready to answer any questions, take pictures, help out with French translation with vendors etc 💯 recommend.

Tour wasn't explained appropriately. Barely rode bikes we had to take the bikes all the way back to the shop and then walk all the way back to the palace for the tour. Our scheduled entry time was 3:30 and we didnt get to the shop until 4. The tour wasn't explained properly and just got dragged on.

The tour is not explained properly. It is not 4hrs in total it is much more. They also dont tell you that you ride around the gardens for a few hours mainly stationed at the Hamlet. Which you walk around. You then need to take the bikes back to the shop before you then walk back to Versaille for your timed entry to the palace. It was a very hot day and guide did his best to keep us in the shade but it should be better described as you do not ride around the gardens much only the canal.
