Very fun!

Everything I hoped it to be and more! A friend suggested a bike tour as a fun way to explore Versailles with my 13 and 9 year old kids and they were so right! Our tour guide, Bart, and Fat Tire Tours made it a great afternoon for their half day adventure across the Grand Canal, Marie Antoinette’s Hamlet and Gardens!

Iliena was a fantastic guide, made us feel super confident and safe on the Segways. She had great info on all the major sites in Rome and the VR experience at each stop was a massive bonus. She also gave us some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience at this bike rental place. We waited over an hour just to get our bikes, which is completely unacceptable. The staff showed zero ability to handle larger groups - our party of 9+ people (including women and children) was treated like we didn't matter. The most frustrating part was watching them repeatedly give away the women's and children's bikes to smaller parties of 3-4 people who arrived after us. It's like they have no system for managing reservations or queue fairness. We specifically needed bikes for our entire family, but they kept prioritizing smaller groups over us.
