The Versailles day tour was wonderful! My tour guide Slaton was super knowledgeable and personable, I really felt a connection with him by the end of the tour. He was great with kids too! The picnic in the gardens was the highlight of my trip.

We’re convinced it’s the best way to see Versailles. Shop was directly on the way from the train to the palace, staff was super helpful and had the equipment we needed. They even helped us plan our day to get the bikes back on time. My advice is to always pay for a full day for the most flexibility in your itinerary. Shop closes at 5:00, so plan accordingly. We turned in the bikes after three hours then toured the palace, gardens, and Trianon on foot. We really wished we had the bikes to get back to the train, which is across the street from the shop. All worked out nonetheless.

We visited many fantastic places and locations, our wonderful tour guide gave us plenty of in-site on the historical knowledge of each location in an engaging and fun way. Would definitely recommend for those new to the country and looking to explore the city and landmarks while being guided through. 10/10 trip! Vaclav
