Family of 3 - couple with young adult daughter. This business was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole experience. We arrived to be greeted by a gentleman who was very knowledgeable about the bikes and the area, sharing a fantastic 20+ mile, mainly traffic free, route with us. The route he selected was perfect for us and he helped navigate us to the start perfectly. He set the bikes up exactly to meet our needs. After we returned, he also shared further information about a second smaller route to Balboa Park which we also did. I would highly recommend this business. We had a fantastic day which was well worth the money we paid.
