Because despite the somewhat large group, it didn't feel overwhelming, the group managed to stay together well, and you managed to see a huge amount of the city within just 3 hours! Worst experience of our entire trip to New York. The bikes were in absolutely terrible condition. My chain came off for the first time barely 15 minutes after leaving the shop, and it happened twice more after that — three times in total. The bikes were so poorly maintained that I genuinely consider them unsafe to ride. We had originally booked the bikes for 2 hours, but we were forced to cut our rental short because of these repeated mechanical issues. When we returned the bikes, I explained what had happened and expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. Their reaction was probably the most disappointing part: they simply did not seem to care at all. What was almost ironic was that they seemed very well prepared for this kind of situation: cleaning wipes were already sitting on the counter, ready for me to clean the grease off my hands after putting the chain back on repeatedly. It certainly gave the impression that dealing with unhappy customers and mechanical problems is nothing unusual for them. I will also be reporting this experience to the tour operator through whom we booked. Renting out poorly maintained bikes is unacceptable; renting out bikes in a condition that can potentially put customers at risk is even worse. Extremely disappointing service, dangerously poorly maintained equipment, and complete indifference from the staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

We had an absolutely fantastic bike tour with Steph! She added history, interesting facts and great stories about each of the sites. It was great to get off foot and see the city highlights from a bike. Eating lunch at the Borough market was the cherry on top!

The staffs are super friendly, they offered recommendations and showed me the available options. This was my second time bringing my family here to rent bikes. They have a wide range of sizes and trails, and the bikes are great to ride. My son couldn't get enough of it—he wishes he could come back for a ride every day.

Loved this bike tour around Washington DC. It was a fantastic way to cover a lot of ground and see the amazing monuments with Mark (an extremely knowledgeable and friendly tour guide). Would definitely recommend this tour, to those who fit and able. I did the 2:30pm tour in mid August and it was hot. Definitely take a bottle of water (there are some water fountains along the way) and apply suncream.

I had a wonderful experience on a bike tour with Willem. I ended up being the only person that showed up for the tour. While other guides might have been unnerved by this, Willem was informative, fun, and a great story teller. Because of Willem’s tour I now understand why people love Barcelona and its charm. Being a guide myself at home, I know a good tour guide when I see one and Willem is one of the best!
