Imagine a bike rental place in a super touristy area where when you walk in you are treated like family and that they are truly glad you are there! Well you found it! My daughter and I walked in for a bike rental yesterday and Jeff and crew treated everyone in line for rentals like VIPs. Loved our bikes (great choice of equipment) and the incredibly warm customer service. Will be back each time I visit my daughter at UCLA!

Paul Kelly our tour guide for the cycling tour of Central Park was perfect. Clear and polite and very knowledgable. Lovely weather for the cycling tour too. Collection of the bike from the shop is very chaotic with so many bikes and people there collecting and returning bikes. However, once united with Paul everything was smooth sailing from then on.

Not the friendliest encounter with the individual who checked us in. He was not at all informative or really helpful in answering questions which is disappointing when you work for a business that serves tourists. While this worker was checking in my friend and having her sign the waiver he had me scan the QR code on the wall because “it be faster for me to have you do that” which made me download an app, create an account, and by no means any faster. We opted for an all-day rental for $5 more than a 4 hr rental. The bikes worked well, helmets fit, we were given locks and told to “take a photo” of the lock combo which would be our only way to know the lock combo. I wish these bikes had a mount for a phone or even provide us with a map of the biking trails. I’ve noticed bikes from other rentals had these options. We had a lovely bike ride, returning the bikes were quick and easy and the workers were more pleasant towards the end of the shift.

we did the bike tour today with Dan. he was amazing. so professional, funny and he absolutely knows his stuff ! he was calm even when a couple of people strayed from the group! it was so interesting. well worth doing. top tip pay extra for an E bike.
