THE BEST WAY TO SEE THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE is on a bike IMO. SF very bike friendly. Rented an electric bike day the morning of pick up. Pick up was swift with minimal wait time, I did complete waiver online prior to pick up. The guy that helped explain the bike did a great job. Drop off was just as quick. Quick comparison of prices with other companies and this was the cheapest. I road from pick up to Sausalito and the views of the bridge and Bay Area got better the closer I got. I ferried back and to oceans beach/ sutra baths via Golden Gate Park, passing queen Wilhelmina’s garden. Then, to pier 39 before returning. Even if you didn’t go to oceans beach, navigating SF via bike is the way to go. No traffic or parking issues. I was alone and felt safe. Used ChatGPT to create a route and exported to google maps.
