We did the Secrets of Berlin guided tour. Ceri our guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable about Berlin's history and contemporary culture. Prepared the group really well for cycling around Berlin and explained everything.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our group of 4 rented e-bikes. Two worked perfectly. The other two had issues but we lived with them. My husband's power kicked off intermittently while mine would occasionally kick in while stopped and without accidentally hitting a control.

Our tour guide Joe was great. Awesome way to see a lot in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. We did the 2 hour tour and it was perfect.

FULL DAY TOUR - Palace of Versailles. Nick led our tour. He was a great guide with excellent knowledge and a little bit of humour thrown in. Very relaxed day. Nick was always checking the group was together. Don’t forget to take cash to the markets. Or bring your cards to withdraw at the ATMs. Market vendors do have cashless but require a €10 min purchase. I found a bakery on the outside of the market that sold pre-made baguettes. I didn’t have a card so didn’t have cash. The fruit is fresh. The Palace was packed at 3:30pm. Really hard to walk around with other tour groups narrating each room. The cycling in the park around the palace was really easy and the picnic on the grass was relaxing. To see the palace garden was another €11/person. Great way to see the palace and hear about the history.

Really fun 3 and 1/2 hour bike ride around Paris, along the Seine, and in the Latin Quarter, with interesting stops and info along the way. Highly recommend!!

Hybrid bikes were fairly beat up but worked. Unfortunately got a flat tire … when I called to see if they had a tube or repair kit they told me to bring it back in an Uber. Called four Uber Xl and they wouldn’t put the bike in their cars. After an hour finally got a Lyft driver that helped me out. Not a fun afternoon. Stuff happens but not sure why they wouldn’t provide a tube so I could get back up and running.

The rental experience was very disappointing. The bikes we received were not as described — despite Booking.com stating they would come with baskets, none were provided. This made carrying personal items very inconvenient. In addition, the bikes were poorly maintained. On two separate bikes, the chains came off a total of three times during our ride, and we were only able to get back on the road thanks to the kindness of another cyclist who stopped to help us. The gears were also in extremely poor condition, which made it almost impossible to ride up the hills in Central Park. Another major issue was cleanliness. The bikes were so dirty that we needed to wash our hands repeatedly throughout the day, which added unnecessary frustration to what was supposed to be a fun outing. For the price charged, we expected much higher standards of both equipment and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost. I would recommend avoiding this rental and instead using Citi Bikes, which are more affordable, much cleaner, and far more reliable.
