I rented a bike to ride in the tour de bronx. My bike was clean and well maintained. They guys were very helpful and attentive and helpful. They adjusted my seat and told me how to switch gears. I would definitely rent from them again.

The pickup prices is smooth. The lady working in the shop is very friendly and helpful. We were 10 minutes passing the store closing time, someone was waiting for us when we got to the shop. Overall it was a good experience.

My family and I spent the day biking with Ben all thru the city and into Sausalito. His knowledge of the city, history and origins were impeccable. The e-bikes were an adjustment for someone my size but he gave me some tricks that helped. The ride and views were gorgeous. Best day ever!

Rented two bikes, they were both in bad shape. Front derailleur jumping back to low gear all the time. Rear wheel not rotating freely. Squeaking noise all the time. Missing signal bell. Handlebar not straight. Steep price for such poor quality.
