I rented a size 56cm road bike weeks in advance but when I arrived was told they didn't have the size in stock. What's the point of a reservation if you don't keep it? Giving two stars since the 58cm bike I used instead was very nice (but the wrong size) and the customer service was decent. Also worth noting for road cyclists they don't provide a puncture repair kit, so you're on your own if you get a puncture.

A bit difficult to find the meeting point. They have a picture of an outdoor space and there is a Starbucks right outside so this threw us off. Stay inside the station and follow the directions to the front of the train track number as noted. We had Bart as our guide. He was delightful! Told us some history on our train ride up. Helped us get oriented to the huge market to buy our lunch goods. Assisted us in getting comfortable on the bikes, bringing some of food in for us. The bikes will need some updating in the future. It was a cool day but we had a lovely picnic, episodic bike riding to different parts of the grounds. We did a fair bit of walking around the grounds. Then brought the bikes back and walked back to the chateau for the inside tour. Really enjoyed the tour, just thought that there’d be more biking than walking. Just so you are aware. Bart was great.
