Must do. This is the best way to see a lot of London within 3 hours, safely with someone with “the knowledge” - they know how to navigate and cross the very busy bustling streets and get you home alive. Do not attempt on your own. 🤣

Our guide was incredible! I Totally recommend this activity if you’re in NY

Great experience. Easy to book and it was good choice to book in advance because there was a long que for drop in. Great quality bikes with good tiers and really kind staff. At first we booked 1h and wanted to extend to 2h, and that was no problem. Would recommend 2-3h to see the majority of the park. Great price!

We booked online in advance but when we arrived there was a long waiting line to pay. Since we were on holidays we didn’t care too much to wait. But once we got the ticket to get the bike there was an extremely long waiting line for the bikes, some people told us they were waiting for two hours. It became pretty clear that they had no available bikes. After waiting for more than an hour we asked to cancel the booking and get refunded. They told us that we should email the customer service to get a refund. After doing so, the customer service told us they can’t refund us but can give us a voucher, which is useless for us since we were just visiting for a short time. It’s unacceptable that they take (a lot of) booking even though they know that no bikes are available…

Absolutely wonderful experience. I arrived at the shop was greeted by Kyle. After only a short wait he was able to help me get a bicycle that was right for me. He told me about the features of the bicycle, riding safely, and the E bike performed exactly as it should have. it made riding real pleasure. I rode the Golden Gate Bridge over to Sausalito and then caught the ferry back, ending up near fisherman’s wharf and had a wonderful ride up the hills of San Francisco and then back down to the shop, it was just awesome. I would highly recommend the shop and I would also like to thank Kyle for his hospitality.

Bike rental was easy, with very helpful personnel. It was a great way to see Mt Vernon and a very nice ride on the trail along the Potomac. Also a bonus since our entry fee to Mt Vernon was included with the bike rental!

Wonderful experience Mr William was very polite and professional and even provided us to where we could go and stop, as far as the bike rental it was a easy process and everything was as promised.
