All members of staff were very cheerful and willing to help with any queries and questions. From those on the desk to those who sorted out the bikes and helmets, it was a smooth and pleasant process. Ben/Benjamin was our tour guide for the 2 hours and was incredibly knowledgeable and was keen for questions from the group. Ben explained at the beginning what may occur due to the size of the group, regarding separation but Ben was always quick to stop when this happened and would make sure we remained a group as much as possible when dealing with traffic lights and other Central Park users. Ben made the experience a very enjoyable one, with his knowledge but also his sense of humour. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, shared lots of interesting information throughout the tour, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. What I appreciated most was that he not only focused on the tour itself but also took a genuine interest in me as a person. Because I was the only participant, the experience felt extra special. At one point, Kenneth even let me pick mangoes from a tree, and I got to enjoy a delicious fresh mini mango. It was such a fun and thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable. I truly had a wonderful time and felt welcomed with open arms from start to finish. I highly recommend Unlimited Biking, and especially Kenneth and Linda, to anyone looking for a friendly, informative, and unforgettable biking experience!
