4.5 stars. The service was great. Rental process check in was quick and easy. However there was a surprise of $1 charge in addition to TripAdvisor booking despite TripAdvisor states specifically "all fee and taxes included" $1 non-refundable security it is called as company policy. I personally am uncomfortable with detaining of ID card, in addition to credit card as security, what if I get into an accident during the rental and without an ID to show when needed? All policies issue. Otherwise services are great, location is very close to Brooklyn Bridge entrance

Comparing my bike tours in Berlin, Paris, Rome, London, Krakow, Lisbon, and Helsinki, Unlimited Cycling’s Central Park tour was one of the best. I especially liked how well the bike was tuned. No brake or gear problems like many bike tour outfits. Our guide Carla was great too. Two thumbs up 👍 👍.

This bike tour was the best thing I’ve done on my trip so far. It was a gorgeous day and San Diego can’t be beat for a place to ride. Javier was helpful, encouraging, offered to take pictures at various stops , patient, and just generally a pleasant guide. He answered questions really well, and offered great suggestions for places to go and see. The ride actually inspired me to change my plans a bit, and rather than spend my last day here by the pool, (always a favorite!) I’m instead going to rent a bike and explore more. There’s just so much to see in the city. Highly recommend this tour, and props to Javier! Thanks!

Wir mussten trotzdem noch zusätzlich 1$ für die Buchung bezahlen, da es über eine andere App läuft. Frech, nochmal etwas zu verlangen und umständlich mit einer weiteren (nicht übersichtlichen App). Positiv: - Unser Tourguide war sehr bemüht. Er hat viele interessante Infos mit uns geteilt. Ausserdem hat er wirklich tolle Fotos und Videos von jedem gemacht. Fazit: Der Guide selber Top. Die Firma und die Abwicklung Flop!!

All members of staff were very cheerful and willing to help with any queries and questions. From those on the desk to those who sorted out the bikes and helmets, it was a smooth and pleasant process. Ben/Benjamin was our tour guide for the 2 hours and was incredibly knowledgeable and was keen for questions from the group. Ben explained at the beginning what may occur due to the size of the group, regarding separation but Ben was always quick to stop when this happened and would make sure we remained a group as much as possible when dealing with traffic lights and other Central Park users. Ben made the experience a very enjoyable one, with his knowledge but also his sense of humour. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I had an amazing experience with Unlimited Biking! Since no one else had signed up for the tour, I was lucky enough to have a private one-on-one tour. From the moment I arrived, Linda gave me such a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable right away. My guide, Kenneth, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, shared lots of interesting information throughout the tour, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. What I appreciated most was that he not only focused on the tour itself but also took a genuine interest in me as a person. Because I was the only participant, the experience felt extra special. At one point, Kenneth even let me pick mangoes from a tree, and I got to enjoy a delicious fresh mini mango. It was such a fun and thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable. I truly had a wonderful time and felt welcomed with open arms from start to finish.
