London tourist visiting Washington, DC and had very limited time to see all the major historical monuments. At the last minute, I decided to rent a bike, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. The rental was very affordable, especially compared to other options in the area. The gentleman who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, making the whole process quick and stress-free. The bike itself was in good condition and very easy to ride. Having a bicycle made a huge difference—I was able to cover all the major monuments comfortably and efficiently. What would have taken me about 2 hours and 30 minutes on foot ended up taking just around an hour on the bike, while still giving me time to stop, take photos, and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend this bike rental to anyone visiting DC, especially if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time. It was convenient, affordable, and made my sightseeing experience so much better.

Our bike tour with Jaimie was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our time in London. From the very start, it was clear that he has a genuine love of history, and he brought it to life in a way that was both engaging and fun. He shared fascinating stories—some I had never heard before—about Winston Churchill and other historical figures, making the past feel vivid and memorable. I truly learned new things during this tour. Jaimie did an incredible job keeping our large group of bikers together, even while navigating busy streets and crowded areas full of tourists spilling into the bike lanes. His directions were clear and easy to follow (single file, turns, stops), and no one ever felt lost. We covered a lot of ground and made multiple mini stops at wonderful locations rich with history. When I unfortunately got a nail in the tire of my e-bike, Jaimie and his coworker Noel handled the situation with impressive calm and quick thinking. When they realized the tire couldn’t be removed quickly or easily, Noel went above and beyond by bringing me a replacement e-bike partway through the tour. Thanks to their teamwork, we stayed on schedule and didn’t miss a beat. What made this experience even more special is that we found ourselves unexpectedly in London on a chilly Christmas Day, with much of the city shut down. On short notice, we were so grateful to find this bike tour open. We didn’t know what to expect—but we were thrilled. The tour was fun, informative, well-organized, and welcoming. Jaimie was kind, patient, and considerate to everyone in the group, and he successfully guided us through the city with confidence and care. I can’t recommend this tour enough, and Jaimie and Noel truly made it exceptional. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Don’t buy their Groupon. Extremely bad customer service. We were asking about using the Groupon and the guy kept talking over our head to people behind us in line. Couldn’t take the 2 min to sort us out. Also DO NOT BUY their Groupon. 0 availability and attempt to honor their Groupon (they had only electric bikes left, and said it would be an additional $10 per person per hour to use the Groupon for e-bikes), on top of what’s paid for Groupon. EDIT: of course the business left a comment saying to reach out to them to improve customer service blah blah blah. Don’t believe it.

I was originally looking for an electric sand bike to ride on the beach, and even though they didn’t have one in stock, they didn’t just say 'no' and send me away. Instead, they took the time to research and found another company around the corner for me to try. It was clear their only goal was for my son and me to have a fun day. That level of care—prioritizing the customer's experience over just making a quick buck—is rare. When the other shop turned out to be sold out, I immediately went back to Unlimited Biking to rent their electric bikes. I wanted to ensure they got my business because they earned my loyalty through their kindness and honesty. If you want a place that actually cares about people, this is it!"
