I have never received the refund... In aug, I did use the service while I was travelling, even though I had shown the PAID groupon voucher, the casher charged my card the full price by mistake. She could not make the refund there that she asked me to call the customer service afterwards, so I did. It took so long to finally they SAID they made a refund that I had to wait a few weeks to receive, so I did, but there is no refund! So I called them back, and they said they did, they could not send me the bank reference, keeps asking me to wait. I called them about 5 times, and now after 4 months, I have not yet received the refund. The worst experience in my entire activity experience.
