Absolutely wonderful experience. I arrived at the shop was greeted by Kyle. After only a short wait he was able to help me get a bicycle that was right for me. He told me about the features of the bicycle, riding safely, and the E bike performed exactly as it should have. it made riding real pleasure. I rode the Golden Gate Bridge over to Sausalito and then caught the ferry back, ending up near fisherman’s wharf and had a wonderful ride up the hills of San Francisco and then back down to the shop, it was just awesome. I would highly recommend the shop and I would also like to thank Kyle for his hospitality.

Bike rental was easy, with very helpful personnel. It was a great way to see Mt Vernon and a very nice ride on the trail along the Potomac. Also a bonus since our entry fee to Mt Vernon was included with the bike rental!

Kyle was exceptional and attentive upon our arrival into the shop. He provided us with insights into our bikes and was knowledgeable about which areas had lesser foot traffic because I hadn’t been on a bike in nearly two decades. We had a crackin’ biking experience and even caught sight of a few whales as we rode. Unlimited Biking is a must-do on your visit to San Francisco!
