Oleg was a great tour guide. During a heatwave he found a route with as much shade as possible. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. We would definitely do this again.

Booking our e-bikes through Unlimited Biking was incredibly easy. We parked nearby and were able to walk right over to the shop. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided clear directions along with great recommendations for our ride. We rode our e-bikes from the shop along the waterfront, across the Golden Gate Bridge, up to a stunning vista point, and then down into Sausalito. The bikes were comfortable, reliable, and ran smoothly throughout the entire trip. The included bike bag was especially convenient for carrying essentials like a phone and wallet. We also purchased ferry tickets through the shop, which made the return trip simple and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Unlimited Biking to anyone looking to rent e-bikes in San Francisco… in fact, we’ve already recommended them to people we met along the way and family!

We had an amazing experience with the Highlights of Paris bike tour with Unlimited Biking. We were a family of four (2 adults and kids aged 9 and 11), and it was the perfect way to see so much of Paris while keeping everyone entertained. Wes was an incredible tour guide — knowledgeable, friendly, and full of energy, even while guiding us through Paris during a major heatwave! He made the tour fun for both the adults and kids, shared great stories, and made sure we had plenty of opportunities to stop, enjoy the sights, and take lots of photos. We saw so many highlights of Paris and came away with fantastic memories (and some great pictures). We would highly recommend this tour and especially Wes — he really made the experience special!

Had a great experience on our nighttime monument tour. An amazing experience to see the monuments and memorials in this way. Steve was our guide and he was great…So nice, knowledgeable, informative and ensured that our group stayed together and were safe. Would HIGHLY recommend this tour!

Overall positive experience! I booked my bike rental in advance, all worked fine. When I had a flat tyre, they gave me a replacement bike, and (after some back and forth) reimbursed me for transporting the broken one. One blemish - the contact number you see on the website connects you not to Unlimitedbiking but to a local medical emergency service. The ony means of communication is the international (US-based?) customer service, which may cause some hiccups. Then again, all the customer service team members I dealt with (Rob, Kelsey, Rachel - thanks to all of you!) were both friendly and helpful. Kudos to you!

Sara was an amazing guide!! Very knowledgeable, even with details we asked at each stop. Her food recommendations were always on point—we had SO much good food!!!! She was so careful to teach us how to use the bikes, and to keep us together. The traffic was never an issue, and I never worried about our safety at all. This tour was such a fun way to see parts or Done!, and Sara was the absolute best!! I highly recommend it!!!

We had Jean Francois as our bike tour guide of Versailles in mid June. He’s amazing. Great English speaking tour guide, originally from USA but he has lived in France for many years and has had citizenship in France prior. He was totally personable, empathic, and professional. I highly recommend asking for JF. At the beginning he admitted “I don’t like history, but I love storytelling” and boy, is he great at it!! This bee landed on his shirt during a talk and he wanted a selfie with it!! Here’s your photo.
