Booking was easy. The gentleman at the location was great and made sure I was rented good equipment in great condition. Was given a bike lock with the rental so you can stop and enjoy the attractions along the way. Using a bike saved tons of time and energy and allowed me to be able to see so many things in the area. Wouldn't hesitate to patronize these guys again!

We booked this and the kids were not too excited about biking for that long but they ended up LOVING it and had a great time and it was their favorite thing we did on our trip! I would have to say it was the adults favorite thing as well! I would highly suggest doing this as it makes this tour so enjoyable and unforgettable! Our tour guide Jenn was great and we lucked out with being in a group with a great family as well! Thank you for such a memorable experience

Gunter was an absolutely amazing tour guide. I went on the Brooklyn Bridge Tour and he was so patient, informative, and knowledgeable. I like to ask questions about history of things in general, and he knew the answers to all of them. He also took us to a few great photo spots and took great pictures of me and the others!

We rented two bikes for a five days biking trip, and the bikes totally did the job, even with only three gears! Special shoot out to the stable large tyres, that made the whole trip feel easier and safe even on gravel roads. The communication with the team was super smooth and they let us leave our luggage for our last afternoon, so we could roam around london freely. They let us do a test ride to be sure the bikes function well. We also were able to get elestics to fix our luggage on the rear bike rack. They have broad opening hours, even on sunday. I really recommend renting bikes here! Thank you Unlimited biking!
