Our group of 4 adults, 6 kids and an added “family member” had the absolute BEST time with Annie as our tour guide. She was so knowledgeable about many buildings in Paris and kept our kids engaged as well as safe during our bike tour. She clearly explained how they should approach each intersection. Her extensive commentary was given at just the right times and in locations that were easy for us all to get off our bikes to listen. She’s even a great photographer, to boot! Great experience. Easy to book and it was good choice to book in advance because there was a long que for drop in. Great quality bikes with good tiers and really kind staff. At first we booked 1h and wanted to extend to 2h, and that was no problem. Would recommend 2-3h to see the majority of the park. Great price!

We booked online in advance but when we arrived there was a long waiting line to pay. Since we were on holidays we didn’t care too much to wait. But once we got the ticket to get the bike there was an extremely long waiting line for the bikes,some people told us they were waiting for two hours. It became pretty clear that they had no available bikes. After waiting for more than an hour we asked to cancel the booking and get refunded. They told us that we should email the customer service to get a refund. After doing so, the customer service told us they can’t refund us but can give us a voucher, which is useless for us since we were just visiting for a short time. It’s unacceptable that they take (a lot of) booking even though they know that no bikes are available…
