Fat Tire honored our previous booking from 2020 and graciously hosted us on the night bike tour with boat ride. The tour lasted from 630pm to the time we reached the boat at 9pm. We booked a 6pm 2hr Segway tour online and so glad we did. Joe was our tour guide and was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a blast exploring the National mall and finishing our ride along the river. Would recommend this place and Joe to anyone looking to explore the DC mall area.

Two emails to make a reservation for an E Bike, about 30 minutes spent between emails and phone calls. Showed up and they had it rented out. To get a refund we had to send another email. 3 emails to not get what we purchased. Yikes.

Loved our guide and the tour was excellent! We were biking at night and had small flashlights attached to the handle bars. I was surprised the bikes did not have proper headlights/taillights. Also, it was hard to see our tour guide (darkness + crowds). She should have some distinguishing light (in color?) so it’s easier to find her. Other than that, loved the tour and would recommend

This is hands down the best way to experience the monuments. Beth was an amazing guide and very knowledge. My boys 15 and 18 enjoyed it as well. We did the evening tour and the night time lights did not disappoint!!

Great overall experience! A friend and I rented bikes for the day which for the price was totally worth it. The bikes were comfortable and well kept. The location was easy to get to and right next to the mall. Would recommend for anyone interested in exploring DC!
