Bike Ride to Mt Vernon with Grounds Passes - Unlimited biking was easy to work with throughout our planning. They texted the morning of our ride to see when we would arrive and had the bikes ready upon our arrival at 10:30am. We popped into Old Town Deli and packed lunches to go…We biked to Mt Vernon with our 10 and 12 year old kids and so stopped at River Farm (half way point) for a picnic lunch. Since the boats weren’t running on the Potomac yet for the season (the option we wanted for the return), Unlimited Bikes offered to pick up the bikes from Mt Vernon for us and we took an Uber back. This was a perfect solution allowing the kids the freedom and energy to bike one-way and walk around the grounds and museum of Mt Vernon. Forgoing the last 10 miles made it a fun family adventure!

Long queues waiting for getting a bike. What's more timing gets clicking once you check in and then you have to wait for someone to return a bike because they don't have enough for everybody, meaning they are charging you for time you are not using their service. Avoid.

Beth was great on our DC tour. I was nervous about my 9 year old doing the tour but she was patient and explained the history behind each site. It’s a fun and easy ride. I definitely recommend doing this your!

Please don't use this vendor for a bike ride in Central Park. I paid for my whole family to have bikes and added insurance! Just 10 minutes into our ride I got a flat tire. I called the phone number for help. NO ANSWER. The tire was 100% flat. I had to walk the bike back that took over 35 minutes. My family didn't want to go on with out me so the whole 2 hours was a waste of our limited time in NY. They offer no money back and only a credit in the future. Please avoid this terrible service!

We rented two ebikes for the day, to tour as much of San Francisco as possible. We picked the bikes up a little after 10am and dropped them off at 6:30pm. Per my apple watch, we biked ~25 miles during that time. We also made multiple stops throughout the day (and even went back to the shop to get a new fully charged battery). The ebike was worth every penny. We were able to cruise up some very steep hills, without breaking a sweat. The guys in the shop were awesome, and made the experience that much better. Bike lock was included in the rental and the battery locks into the bike.

Tour was great and Ren, our guide, was very informative and kept the whole group together. She provided plenty of fun facts and tidbits about each place we visited and gave ample time to explore without feeling pressured to move on. Would highly recommend Ren as well as this service! There was also free water at the starting shop.

I did the 9 am cherry blossom tour and it was great! Our tour guide Judy was very knowledgeable about the city and was also very friendly. She always made sure the group was together and safe as well. Even as a DMV native, I learned and saw a lot of new things in the city thanks to Judy! It wasn’t too crowded in the city and the weather was beautiful. The tour was thorough and punctual as well. Definitely recommend this experience!

The walking tour was great! However, they should explain a few things more clearly on the website before people book. First, the park has a lot of stairs/steps and inclines throughout it which makes it more difficult for anyone with a disability or health issue. Second, the tour ends many blocks away from where it began so be prepared to figure out how to get back to where you started. These aren’t really criticisms, but just FYI for people booking a tour. I highly recommend the tour itself.

This was the best part of our trip to DC by far!! We did the night tour as a family of 5. Our tour guide James was super friendly, accommodating and phenomenal at providing a great overview of the history with interesting tid bits for adults and kids alike. It was a great way to see the National Mall in the daylight through to everything lit up! We would highly recommend to others.

These were among the best bikes we’ve rented, and the trail to Mount Vernon was a delight. We needed a sign on the return turn- off to get back to the shop.
