We had a great tour on Oct 5, 2022 only one suggestion, Fat Tire needs to find a better restaurant to stop at. The restaurant was pathetic as we had to leave before our food was served. This has nothing to do with Fat Tire, it all falls on the restaurant but it needs to be addressed by Fat Tire or it will reflect on their choice of where to stop in the overall experience of the tour as it is the last stop.

Our family of five (kids ages 7, 10, 13) visited NYC and a friend last minute recommended this excursion. We did the memorials trip and it did not disappoint! 5 stars for our guide, David, who was super informative and patient with us!!! We learned so much history and saw all of the highlights of the city. If I could have, I would have done this trip on the first day and then come back to my favorite stops. This is your perfect introduction to the city and it was my children’s favorite activity and no one complained about walking miles and miles! I took off a star only because the helmets and bikes weren’t as nice as what you might rent say on the beach in florida but they did have gears and they got us where we needed to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was easy to book bikes online. For my family of five we rented two adult bikes, one kid bike, and two tag-alongs for our smaller kids. We rented for 3 days and it was so easy to get around Washington DC to tour the sites. So glad we rented bikes instead of Uber or metro. Lots of flexibility. Our one problem was that when we came to pick up the bikes there were not enough tag alongs so for the first day they gave us a chariot and a kids bike. It was lucky my two could fit and ride. But otherwise it was a great experience.

Our family of 4 completed this tour with Rogelio. He was outstanding! Our 15 and 13 year old teens really enjoyed the 3 hour Rome bike tour. He made navigating the roads and people as easy as possible. I thought maybe our 13 year old would struggle a little with the cobblestones or traffic, but she was totally fine. Totally worth it!

We did the 3hr tour, it was a great experience. I was an easy pace to keep up with. Our guide Simon was awesome, very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend it if you want to see most of the main sites in Berlin in a short period of time.

Our tour guide was excellent. Unfortunately he was not given the support needed to take care of the riders. There was one guide to 13 people. 2 of the thirteen were children and several riders were insecure riders. It was nighttime and some of the headlamps quit working on the trip and only the guide and the last rider were given reflector vests to wear. With 13 people we were very strung out often the whole group could not make it through stop lights. At times we were in heavy car or scooter or pedestrian traffic. It was not safe. The most danger was created by the children and unsteady riders who would brake unexpectedly, swerve in and out, lag behind etc. I would recommend the company prep the riders better at the start or before going to the next site about what to expect and then coach riders and get their agreement about how to manage the segment. They need to provide adequate equipment and guides. I cannot recommend this ride to even experienced riders because of the danger caused by the I experienced ones.

Bike hire is the highlight of my trips away. Unlimited biking is a franchise and this branch hit 3 stars. Firstly the negatives, there was a very long wait nearing 30mins to collect a bike, I had pre-ordered and booked a bike but with 1 staff member at reception and a protracted signing out process it was painfully slow; however, whether deliberate or not I was told to bring the bike back 1hr after when I had booked it for so there was that. The bike itself worked, but the bottom bracket was clearly dying with loud creaking sounds whenever power was put through the pedals and the gears slipped. Some maintenance was required. Helmets,locks and basket/front pouch are provided however the helmets are not cleaned or sanitised between users just put back on the shelf ready to be handed out again which was not really to my taste. Returning the bike was much quicker and no one checked the returned time which was nice. I would use them again but don't hold out for the most streamlined process and the highest quality optimised bikes. I've experienced better from bike hire venues however this is well located and nothing was so terrible that I wouldn't hire again

These people are terrible! They took my money and left my wife and I stranded in a dark alley in a very seedy part of Milan. We booked a night tour at 7:30pm. We walked 40 minutes to get to the meeting place. We arrived at 7:00pm and waited until 7:45pm. No one ever showed up. These people are dishonest scammers. Do not trust a word they say. They are liars. I'm sure their reviews are fake. My wife and I were utterly disappointed. We wanted our last night in Milan to be special. Leaves a bad taste in our mouth for the whole trip. Buyer beware!
