I am surprised at the positive reviews for this company. We had a bad experience on the Versailles tour. Company was not organized, bikes are in poor condition and with nearly 20 people and a single tour guide their was a lot of sitting around and waiting. Cannot recommend. Guide was knowledgeable but young and inexperienced leading a group. Guide admitted the owner of the company has neglected to upgrade equipment saying “tours are full why would she”.

The office is a little bit of path and definitely hidden, I had to help a family get there after they saw the bag my bike had because they hadn’t been able to find it. They have VERY good bikes, really comfortable and they felt smooth.

We did the Versailles bike tour and unfortunately cannot recommend it. We left our hotel at 8am to make the tour and didn't get to visit the palace (which we had to tour ourselves) until nearly 4pm, almost 8 hours later. In that time we did only 1 hour of cycling (tracked on my Garmin) and the rest was setting up, travel time, picnics and waiting around for a group that was just too large for one tour guide with no extra help. Would advise smaller groups for the cost, more help for the tour guide to speed things up and better bikes. Surprised by the amount of positive reviews for this tour as quite a few people in our group had the same sentiment.
