We arrived there at 14.30 and a really annoying girl told us that they were going to close for an hour and to come back then (when in this schedule is stated that they do not close midday). We came back then and she told us that they needed 40 min to organize the store. We left, but that would mean paying for 4 hours and only having the bikes for 2. Worst service ever. I Hope she gets fired.

Terrific bike tour of Central Park. Isaac, our tour guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He was concerned with our safety and wanted each of us to enjoy the full experience of the park. We learned and we laughed while we biked through beautiful Central Park. Thanks!

Excellent way to see the city. Our guide Marzia was great - shared loads of interesting facts and kept our two kids entertained. 5 year old on a tandem and 2 year old on a bike...felt very safe the whole time. Definitely recommend Fat Tire Tours to families.

This is now the only way I will recommend people experience the mall. The ride is accessible to all levels of fitness, the tour has just the right amount of info (Nicole was amazing!), and the memorials/monuments really look quite spectacular at night. Prices were beyond reasonable. 10/10 would/will recommend to anyone visiting DC and wanting to see the Mall.

We had the best time riding up to Mt Vernon. There are a few hills that will get you if you don’t have enough momentum but nothing overly strenuous. Moderate is a great way to describe the ride.

Very good bike rental. The bikes are in a good state and they give you a extra lock so your bikes are safe. Its very affordable we payed 25 euros for a bike for Saturday to Monday. The person working at the rental was very kind and very helpful.

My biggest issue was the safety of the bikes in terms of mechanical checks. Two of the bikes on our tour had issues with the brakes and mine had a broken button for the changing of gears . My mom fell down off her bike because of the brakes not working- luckily it wasn’t anything too serious. Furthermore, another gal in our tour had to trade with the guide as hers were not working either. Overall, I’d recommend the fat tire tour in Berlin over Barcelona.

Tour of Central Park was great as was our guide Issac. One of the bikes we were given, had gear problems and would not change gears and the chain keep skipping and the handle bars were very loose. Tour guide checked bike and decided to let us use his bike and he rode the problem one. We later learned that there were other problems with bikes in our group.
