the class was great and very practical. we made two types of pasta and we not only got instructions but explanations along the way. our lead chefs were very interactive and complimented us on our work along the way. they were also very attentive and offered help along the way. I liked that they clean as they go. plates or bowls were removed immediately when we were finished and they also asked for feedback along the way. what was surprising was that we all got certificates at the end of the class. The wine was a bit strong for me so I had only one glass. Would have loved other wines such as sweet red instead of dry regardless if it goes better with pasta. Also it was nice they had non- alcoholic options for persons who don't indulge. The restroom was also great, modern and clean. I would recommend anyone to try this experience

Our two chefs, Roberta and Niccolò, were excellent. Very informative, pizza was delicious, as was the gelato. Now the gelato you don’t really make yourself but you get to watch the chef make it as they tell you all about gelato. And most important you then get to eat the gelato after your pizza at the end. The location and kitchen were great. Easy to find and the kitchen room was spacious and perfect for cooking demos. If you enjoy cooking or even trying your hand at something we think it’s well worth it.

I joined Renate for the UNESCO walking tour in Palermo. The tour lasted three hours, but the time flew by. Every corner of the city revealed a new story. The guide explained history with so much passion. We learned about Palermo’s rich cultural heritage. The architecture reflected centuries of influences. Walking through the streets felt like stepping back in time. I discovered traditions I had never known before. The experience was both educational and enjoyable. L’excursion est bien organisée. Nous avons coulé le test pour conduire une vespa, nous avons donc fait le tour en Fiat. Il faut avoir de l’expérience avec la conduite d’un scooter. Les guides étaient très patients et gentils. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la seconde partie de l’excursion avec la dégustation de vin et la visite d’un vignoble.
