Tour was quick the guide was just really hard to hear. I’m sure she had great information, but we could barely hear her even with microphones.

Amazing, the 2 chefs were fantastic, funny, welcoming and the atmosphere was great. I learned a lot about pasta, alternatives, great recipes for pesto and sauces including how to make gelato. Also helped that there was a lot of free flowing wine! Great tour. Highly recommend and fantastic value for money

Wie hatten einen super Tour-Guidin, sie war sehr erfahren und hat uns sehr viel erzähl, eine sehr beeindruckende Tour die ich mittlerweile zum zweiten Mal mitgemacht habe.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Nachmittag, die Pizza und das Gelato waren köstlich. Am Ende haben wir noch alle Restaurant und Gelato Empfehlungen in Mailand bekommen sowie auch alle Rezepte vom heutigen Kurs. Der Leiter Mateo war für alle Fragen offen und mit seiner humorvollen und offenen Art, hat er eine tolle Stimmung gezaubert. Sind sehr zufrieden.

👎Our tour was the worst i have ever experienced. Tour guide Sylvia, was late. We walked for about 45 minutes to an olive oil store/demonstration which was the best portion of the tour. Our guide seemed to be lost;read from a script. The other 2 males both noted that she seemed drunk. 1 man said that she was asking local waiters if they had a wine window…. The description said we would visit 7-8 wine windows, be able to purchase wine & get 1 free glass of wine, which we did. We had to ask Sylvia explicitly & the 2 males would shout “wine windows” “vino” until i walked up by her , listened to her spiel and asked is that when will start seeing the wine windows? She said that the city is filled with wine windows, you can see them in many buildings. I walked back & the 6 of us on the tour began to compare notes. After that she did show us 1 closed up wine window & our final stop was a working window. No one tipped her. She walked too fast, didn’t stop for pics, missed several photo ops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class in Palermo. Our chef was experienced, funny, and very enjoyable. And I must say that the pastas and the pesto and the tomato sauce were delicious. Not to mention the chocolate gelato! We highly recommend this pasta and gelato making class for anyone who has a few extra hours while in Palermo.
