Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared info with us clearly and in a way that made it even more interesting! She was friendly and it was clear how much she cares about the topic she was sharing with us.

We booked the Twilight Walking Tour, which we confirmed beforehand with Through Eternity that this does include a guided visit to the Pantheon, along with the entrance tickets. However, 1 day before the tour, we were informed that "Unfortunately, due to limited ticket availability, access to the Pantheon will not be possible during your tour." This was very disappointing and therefore we have taken 1 star off the rating. However, our guide Tatiana was very engaging, patient, informative and helpful. She gave a 5-star service throughout the tour and we still enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

The guide was very nice and helpful. St Peter,s Church was divided in a way that the visitors have to walk in circles. I have visited before and it was very easy to see. A good detail was that anyone could enter the chapel where a mass was going to be celebrated.

Esperienza traumatica. Nelle sale un caldo allucinante, pienissime di gente. Tanti gruppi di 10/15 persone che stazionano davanti alle opere per intere mezz'ore, più gruppi in un' unica sala vi lascio immaginare, un costante vociare anche ad alto volume. I sorveglianti che continuamente esortano ad abbassare la voce e a non usare il flash. Una lotta per vedere le opere in prima fila. Ovviamente meravigliose. Ma un evento unico al mondo meritava sicuramente un' organizzazione migliore. Si esce sfiniti e sono solo 24 tele e 4 sale. Prenotazione effettuata più di un mese prima, insomma sarebbe servita maggiore organizzazione. Caravaggio va contemplato e non visto di sfuggita con i gruppi che incombono e guide che gridano.

Afternoon trip to see the Catacombs
We had a great time! I was so glad that we got to go on this tour before going on a bike tour (later in the week) of the Appian Way and also the special Caravaggio exhibit that is happening. We were able to understand the history of the early Christians and how their burial practices differed from the Romans and how the Capuchin monks approached their move from their original location to their current place. Eerily beautiful.

The all day Rome tour was AMAZING! Valeria was the perfect guide! She loves her city and told the story in a way that brought historical characters to life. Highly recommend!

Valentina is really lovely and gave very interesting history and explain them really well. Love the tour and definitely one of the must things to do in Venice.

Giornata rovinata
Scandaloso abbiamo prenotato per 7 persone con ingresso gratuito per una guida autorizzata da noi pagata con acquisto auricolari per ascoltare la spiegazione. All'ingresso ci hanno bloccato vietando uso degli auricolari e le spiegazioni della guida in quanto selezionato biglietto singolo con modi sgarbato ed autoritari. E stato inutile ogni tentativo di mediazione. All'interno c'era altro gruppo che di contro aveva giuda e auricolari.Mai vista una cosa del genere chi ha fatto visite guidate sa benissimo che con gli auricolari il gruppo segue in silenzio le spiegazioni e non crea alcun problema. Nel merito della mostra i quadri bellissimi sono male illuminati e presentati senza enfasi o particolari effetti, video cenni storici come meriterebbe un autore come il Caravaggio.Unica nota positiva la nostra guida che ha fatto miracoli per rimediare e gestire la situazione

Make this the one!
The Tour is amazing. If there is only one tour you do during your visit to Venice, make it this one. You will have the basilica without the crowds, and the mosaik are spectacular. But it is the guide, Valentina, who passionately and with humor, brings them to life. 6 star review!

Valentina was INCREDIBLE! Spoke amazingly clearly. Explanations great. Loved it! Would love to take more tours from her. The basilica was an experience of a lifetime.

Don’t take this tour!!!! Way too long and no good information. Our guide was so burning and not engaged. Three hours in the Vatican and minutes in the Sistine Chapel. No time for the Bacillica. We went on another tour with the Roman Guy and it was so much better!! Avoid this tour!

This was a wonderful early morning tour into the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums. Giuseppe was an excellent guide, very kind and knowledgeable. Try to book this early morning tour which is skip the line, as the crush of tourists later in the morning makes the visit not nearly as enjoyable. Two thumbs way up to this tour.
