A unique experience and special Venice memory
An amazing experience inside the Basilica at night. Small groups without the crowds. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and captured our imagination. An expensive tour but good value.

Giorgia Orfini was our guide and she was awesome! She answered our questions, made us comfortable, and pointed unique items out along the tour. She expertly handled the VERY large crowds on a Saturday at the Vatican. She was very knowledgeable and would certainly recommend Through Eternity.

Spaventato dai giudizi feroci letti la mattina prima di andare a palazzo Barberini scopro un personale cortesissimo … nessuna calca durante la visita ( ore 19,20 ) e soprattutto caldo nella norma estiva ( ero terrorizzato ) .. la mostra merita la visita senza dubbio . Ottima la app coop cultura

Inutile descrivere la magnificenza dei quadri . La perfezione assoluta. La mostra in sé invece mal organizzata perché troppo troppo affollata . Gli apparecchi audio guida inesistenti . Ho usufruito dell ascolto tramite app ma difficile ascoltare per la troppa confusione. Ho anche informato il personale presente in sala ma la signora presente ha dichiarato la Sua impotenza nella gestione di comportamenti scorretti. Forse se il flusso fosse stato più contenuto la situazione sarebbe stata meno caotica. Peccato di fronte a simili capolavori occorrerebbe piu rispetto

The tour was fascinating if you like historical excavations and that kind of thing as well do. The VR portion of the tour only lasts a few minutes and while it was pretty amazing, don’t book mainly for that.

Wonderful tour
This was a great tour with amazing things to see. The tour guide was knowledgeable and made it a great experience. Overall we really enjoyed this tour and would do it again. Was not aware that most of the tour was in areas without A/C so if you go in the summer be prepared for the heat. Only a minor issue.

I arrived 10 minutes before the meeting time and called out to the guide, but perhaps because the voucher was written in Japanese, I was told to wait because another colleague was coming. After that, the other guide did not show up even after 15 minutes of the meeting time, so I returned to the hotel. After checking later, I found out that only one guide is allowed in St. Mark's Basilica at night, so it seems that the tour was not with another colleague, but with the female guide who I called out to first! After that, I contacted the company but received no reply. Please check the message and refund the money. 待合せ時間の10分前に行き、ガイドに声をかけましたが、バウチャーが日本語で表記されてるせいか、別の同僚が来るから待てと指示されました。その後、別のガイドが待合せ時間を15分過ぎても現れないため、ホテルに戻りました。後で調べたところ、夜のサン・マルコ寺院は1人のガイドしか入れないため、別の同僚でなく、初めに声をかけた女性ガイドのツアーと思われます！その後、会社に問合せをしても何の返信もありません。メッセージを確認して返金してください。

Sadly, Not worth the money
As a family we were so excited to visit the Vatican. Our guide was rude, non-engaging and very hard to understand. She ruined the experience for the whole family and we just wanted to leave the tour. This was a pricey tour as well. Would not recommend. A tour guide can make or break your experience.

Our tour with Siriki through “Through Eternity Tours” was the absolute highlight of our time in Rome. He was a wealth of knowledge and was able to create a “picture” for us of the ruins we were seeing. He adapted to our interests and thoughtfully answered all our questions. I only regret not booking more Through Eternity tours for our time in Rome. We have been to Rome before and done audio guide tours but they simply do not match to having someone so educated and enthusiastic to guide you. It will be the highlight of your trip too!
