Early morning semi-private tour of Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica was a highlight of our trip!

This early morning semi-private tour of the Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Basilica was excellent. From start to finish, the tour was incredibly well run, informative and interesting. Our tour guide (Celia, Cynthia?) was absolutely amazing. She was wonderfully entertaining and kept our group of 12 moving so well throughout the tour, sharing with us her knowledge and passion for everything Vatican. The 3.5 hours flew by. Would highly recommend this tour - especially the 7.35 am start as things get crowded very quickly!

we had the best experience with Through Eternity Tours and all thanks to our guide Fadi. other participants did not show up so our tour became private with just us. so much amazing information and we would have never been able to navigate all of the beautiful art by ourselves. he was knowledgeable, friendly, went above and beyond. we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. one of the highlights- if not the biggest- of our trip to Florence.

Private tour of Naples with Francesca - a must do

Francesca was our private guide for our tour, she was fantastic. We learnt so much more about the sights and had things explained and pointed out that we would have missed if we had taken ourselves around. Francesca was very knowledge and gave us some great tips on places to eat and other things to see, some of which we did after our tour. As Naples is Francesca hometown she provided a perspective which made the tour so much richer. We recommend booking a private tour of Naples with Francesca

Complete and informative tour of the Roman Forum, Planting Hill and the Coloseum

This tour covered a lot! We started with the massive Roman Forum then moved up to the Palentine Hill and ended at the Coloseum. Lorentz was very informative and kept our small group of 9 moving along efficiently without omitting any important information. I would definitely recommend this tour.

A morning in the Vatican

What a wonderful morning, the time flew by. Our guide Cincia was an expert, kept us informed was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time to look at everything. The highlight for me was St Peter’s Basilica, just breathtaking. I would highly recommend Through Eternity Tours, fantastically organised and great communication before hand.

Tour with Donatella

Donatella was absolutely incredible during our Through Eternity tour!! Would 100% recommend her! Her knowledge of all things Ancient Rome was apparent and she also was the sweetest. It was very hot in September and she did a great job keeping us in shaded areas as much as possible. Do a tour with Donatella!

We spent an excellent 3hrs with Brandon, who was an informative, enjoyable guide to Jewish Rome and the ghetto. He used his deep knowledge of the history of Rome with skill to enhance our morning, weaving together ancient and modern history. Helpful with local knowledge and generous in sharing his own story. He also was not wobbled by our booking snafu, assuring us that the office would sort it out and so getting the tour off to a positive start. And, wonderfully, he stood in line for us at a local historic bakery and bought enormous, delicious baked goods for Rosh Hashanah, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Our tour of the Super Sites of the Forum and Palatine Hill was the best tour we have taken. Siriki Dembele was an excellent guide-knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his discussions and yet relaxed, personable and engaging. To walk through such ancient, beautiful sites with someone who could provide us with such depth of history was a memory we will always treasure. We recommend this tour highly and hope you also can have Siriki as your guide.

Tatiana took us on an incredible journey exploring several of Caravaggio's incredible works of art, as well as his turbulent life! She was very knowledgeable and adept at sharing that knowledge by drawing your eye to features in the artwork which the untrained eye may not notice...she "illuminated" for us these masterpieces of Caravaggio's. Whether you are an art lover or not, I highly recommend Tatiana and this opportunity to get a behind the scenes glimpse into the life of Caravaggio and an even greater understanding and appreciation of this truly incredible artist!
