Tour was good. The Basilica closed but opened as we ended. They made us go out and get back in line and go thru metal detectors. We had already been through. 10 min later and we would have gone straight in. It was supposed to be a part of our tour. Disappointed in not helping us in there.

If you are looking for a private, deeply informative, and engaging tour, you absolutely must request him. Fadi is not just a guide; he is a brilliant storyteller and a true historian. His knowledge of the Renaissance, the Medici family, and the individual masterpieces was extraordinary. He didn't just rattle off facts; he provided the context, the political drama, and the technical brilliance behind works of the most famous artists. What impressed us most was his ability to make centuries-old art feel vibrant and relevant. He brought the paintings to life, pointing out small details and sharing fascinating anecdotes that I would have completely missed on my own. Engaging, Patient, and Personal Fadi has a wonderful presence—he is incredibly personable, articulate, and patient. He managed to navigate the crowded gallery with ease, always finding the best vantage point while keeping us completely focused and engaged. It truly felt like a bespoke art lecture delivered just for us. This tour was an investment in understanding the Uffizi, and thanks to Fadi, it paid off tenfold

Educational tour through the colosseum.
The tour was very educational. The cost per person was reasonable for the 3 hour tour. Our guide was great at keeping pace. Though it was a little hectic with the amount of other groups visiting the site.

If you have an opportunity to tour the Vatican you are going to want to book a private tour with Gracelyn Monaco. She's so knowledgeable and wonderful and delightful. She knows literally everything. She started our tour while we were waiting in line to get into the Vatican. She pulled us through history and gave us a lot of context about what we were going to see. She got us in all the perfect places so that we could get the very best vantage point. Make sure you book with her she is amazing.

The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Our guide brought history to life through story telling making connections of people to structures. The pace of the tour was perfect. Allowances were made for water refilling, and washroom stops.

Gracelyn Monaco is amazing 😍
Gracelyn Monaco is absolutely the very very best tour guide. She's so knowledgeable she literally knows everything. She started our tour while we were waiting in line to get into the Vatican and she began to pull us through history and give us a lot of context around everything that we were going to see. She was able to give us so much information and she made sure we were positioned in the very best spot so we could have the best vantage point to view all of the amazing art and history we saw.

Through Eternity Tours, a company you should not trust.
I booked and paid the tour weeks in advance, only to be informed that my booking had been cancelled with no justifications just one day before the date. This is not a serious company, avoid it if you do not want last minute bad surprises.

An incredible underground experience and well worth doing. The only reason i docked 1 star is because the official Dormus Aurea guide had quite poor English so it was very difficult for us to understand him :-(

Ultimate Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill Small Group Tour Is a 10 out of 10
Before the tour even started we were emailed with a reminder and location / time to meet our guide, great customer service. Our guide (Lorna) was Excellent! On a scale of 10 being the best, she was an 11. Super knowledgeable and well prepared. Her storytelling was remarkable! The tour was a little over 3 hours in length and with the hills, steps and overall terrain it may not be for everyone. We would do it again in a heartbeat, so much to see and remember. We never envisioned the size and expansiveness of what we saw and the history behind these treasures.

Thomas did a great job shepherding us through the crowds to several of the main attractions in the heart of Rome. It’s well worth the money to have someone who can explain these attractions and provide some much-needed context to the many and deep layers of Roman history. I highly recommend taking the evening version of this tour for the cooler temps and the romantic atmosphere. My only complaint is that Thomas did not schedule any bathroom breaks into the tour. As a result, my wife and I got scolded by an angry restaurateur who caught us sneaking out of his bathroom without having dined in his establishment.

Our guide, Cincha was fabulous! She navigated the crowds beautifully and was incredibly knowledgeable. She made the tour so pleasant in spite of the massive number of people. She gave just the right amount of information without overwhelming us. She was also caring and respectful of our group and the needs of each member. Great tour!
