Great River Experience
Great way to see the city from the river! Beautiful views and so much history! There are two points you can get off to explore or stay on until the end. At the end see the sights of the Greenwich Village and the Cutty Sark. Lots of great shops and food to enjoy!

Great experience, give yourself time to enjoy Greenwich!
I wish I could recall our guides name. Both were very good. It was a lovely experience, Greenwich is beautiful. Make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to explore it. Unfortunately we made a timing error and only had 30 minutes to see Greenwich which is barely time to get a coffee. Big regret on our part.

Just fine
I don't want to complain too much on this one since it was almost free with my viator points. However, the guide said he wasn't an actual guide and that was clear. It was raining also no fault of the tour of course. We also listened to the audio available which helped some. Other than all that it was fine.

Great tour of London’s architecture
It was very fun to ride down the Thames with the guide telling us fun facts about London’s architecture!

Thames Cruise
Fully heated indoors area and lots of space on the top deck. Make sure to dress for the weather. Best part was the commentary from the cruise team- had us all in stitches!! 😊

Not worth it
Extremely disappointed in this cruise. There was little commentary between Westminster and the Tower of London. And from there to Greenwich, nothing. At the ticket booth “live commentary“ was billed, though it fell FAR SHORT. Feels like the cruise company has dropped the ball and really do some special histories or architectural references or SOMETHING If you get on in Westminster, be prepared to go straight across to the pier at the London Eye for a stop. Then it’s on to the Tower for another stop. This short portion took 40 mins of the tour. Find another option

Bad directions
We found the viator directions to our embarkation point very inadequate. If it weren't for kind employees at the ticket booths, we would never have found it.

A great way to sightsee London from the Thames.
The most fun and enjoyable way to sightsee and travel to greenwich for the day. The "watermen" in both directions were so informative and entertaining. The location for boarding perfect and convenient. Could not be a better way see London while enjoying the trip to/from Greenwich.

Nice boat ride!
Great boat ride, lots of great views of the city. The captain gave great commentary as we sailed along the Thames. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Low key Thames experience with views
We purchased the round trip ticket and left from Westminster Pier. The commentary on local sights is only from Westminster to Greenwich and really not even that full route. It was nice to have access to a toilet and to beverages for purchase. Be mindful that river spray does streak the windows so should you want photos, sit upstairs. Overall we enjoyed seeing the city from the river perspective.
