Silent tour, need live commentary
I think this experience was OK. There was no live commentary which was a bummer. We have taken several river cruises in US and they explain each landmark we pass by. This one was quick and silent and felt like we took public transportation. Good for check mark an item in the list of things to do but I will find another tour that explains what we see.

Deceived on the Thames- Not Worth the Ticket
We decided to take the Thames sightseeing tour. The lady at the ticket office told us the return trip would last an hour and include guided commentary. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false—the entire journey took barely 30 minutes, and the commentary was nonexistent. We boarded at 4:20 and returned just after 4:40. It felt misleading and disrespectful to customers. When I went back to request a refund, the kiosk was already closed. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and completely lacking in charm. In my view, it was a waste of money and should be avoided.

Helpful for a time crunch
Only had one free day in London and this helped me cover a lot of ground! Good commentary and sites. Wouldn’t say it’s a must-do, but if you’re on a time crunch and want to see London eye and Tower of London it definitely helps!

Boat trip London to Gerwnigh
Very good service for special assistance great team work, but chairs not comfortable for oversize passengers please remove iron handles so it will be comfortable. My daughter was playing a song on her phone London Bridge and was having fun your staff told her not to that was not right or appropriate i wish he could have understood she's was having a good time

Interesting tour
The tour itself was very good. The guide told us some very interesting facts about the sights we passed. We went on the 3pm tour which took 2 hours there and back It was nice arriving back at dusk seeing all the sights lit up. Only thing that let it down was One staff member was very rude.

Seeing London from a different viewpoint
A bit confusing re length of time for the river cruise but very enjoyable. It was good to see the sights from a different perspective. Very informative guide.

Return Trip
Very well run trip up and down the Thames with an excellent and amusing commentary on both legs of the journey. The changeover for the return trip was slightly longer than expected (about 35-40 mins) but gave us time to enjoy a quick drink nearby overlooking the Thames. Would recommend.

Cruising fun upon the Thames
Really good experience and worth the money!! Highlight of the cruise was guy doing the commentary very informative a knowledgable about the Thames and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend was also well organised keep up the good work!!!

Great commentary
We bought tickets from the booth by the side of the pier from a lovely lady who chatted away to us and was so friendly. We took the journey to Greenwich which is about an hour. The crew provide a very interesting commentary on the journey pointing out places of interest and giving a potted history of the Thames – they are so knowledgeable. They were serving mulled rum, so of course we availed ourselves of two servings, it was delicious and the lady in the café was very friendly.

An utterly brilliant tour! Could not recommend more highly
This trip was fantastic. Really good value. The commentator was extremely knowledgeable and funny and really engaged with the passengers. The whole journey from Westminster to Greenwich took an hour and it was a brilliant way to see London from the Thames. Although it was cold, we were still able to sit outside and drink in all the amazing views.

Would do it again!
The Thames cruise was great. Even with less than perfect weather, we sat outside to get the best view of all the iconic places we cruised by. The live comments were excellent, informative and witty.

Thames trip
Great trip up/down the Thames. We did the return trip, despite it being freezing above deck the delicious mulled wine went down a treat. Great commentary during the trip and we both enjoyed it.

Great experience
We arrived here to visit on the second day of the New Year. Since it was peak season, we bought our tickets on TripAdvisor a day in advance and were able to go straight into the waiting lounge at the pier without lining up, which was very comfortable. From waiting to departure, it took only about 15 minutes. It was quite cold on the deck in winter, so you need to dress warmly, but overall the sightseeing experience was excellent.

Good time fun commentary polite people and helpful. Boat was clean . the tide coming in was causing waves which we enjoyed
