An informative commentary as we travelled down the river. Good information re return times for boats from Greenwich. A good experience for a fair price, would recommend

Great commentary and comfortable journey. Snacks and hot/cold drinks available. However, could only pay for tea and coffee via card and anything else was cash only.

Not much of a tour. Started 20 minutes late without announcements. For the second half of the tour, there was nothing said If you really, really like slow boats. But otherwise the guided walking tours are a much better value

Loved this the crew were really friendly and funny loads of interesting facts with some funny bits if you sit upstairs warm clothes as it gets abit chilly comfortable seats cash only bar had everything we needed for our round trip would definitely do it again

Good length cruise. The boats are looking and feeling a bit tired, they changed the schedule compared to what was online meaning rushed and then had to wait 30minutes for the boat. No commentary on the boats which is a bit poor for a sight seeing cruise. The captain's do their best giving some commentary as you go along but then expect tips for their efforts. Surely for the cost of the cruises they can afford to pay for a tourist guide. They do allow dogs which is great!! 🐶

The guide on the Thomas...
The guide on the Thomas Doggett was phenomenal. Informative funny and didn't stop talking which is exactly what you want from a tour guide. We really enjoyed this despite the incredibly cold temperatures. 1 thing to note, the food and drinks kitchen on board doesn't accept card so be sure to bring some cash. Couldn't recommend enough.

Nice and relaxed experience
Nice commentary on the outbound trip with the boat. However, the boat snack kiosk has very limited options, and all are extremely expensive. A bottle of Corona for £6, and they did not care to at least give a lime on top.
